Are you also looking for a workspace in the sun?💻☀ Then this way....! :-) +++ We are already almost fully booked and are still looking for 2 fellow travelers via JMT +++ If anyone is up for the beautiful nature of the most beautiful island in Europe, away from mass tourism, peace and quiet and lots of nature, breathtaking waterfalls in winter and with European standards: We have opened in January the "Homeoffice Madeira" for CoWorking and CoLiving, with workstations, good internet, large lounge area, huge kitchen and huge garden. The rooms with workspace and sufficient space, we have in front of us the beautiful garden and look at the sea in the distance + the option of two rental cars to explore the island. The average age is mostly between 25 and 39 years. We were supposed to stay here only 4 weeks for work in January 2021, but are still here and have opened the house for Workation and the world 🌎💚 Key features: - Single room possible, own desk, highspeed fiber internet, villa in the middle of nature, over 5000 sqm2 garden, terrace, BBQ place & balcony, 75 inch TV with Netflix etc..., Recreational facilities: Table tennis table, sports equipment, trampoline, fitness equipment and gear, hiking together, discover the most beautiful spots, Beach (15 min), the most beautiful Sunset/Sunrise (15 min), beach bar (15 min), ... "Everything can, nothing must.", is a saying that first of all fits perfectly to this idea. Here we all live and work together. There are seven bedrooms here and a huge lounge area on the first floor with two large tables, perfect WiFi, 75" TV, two fireplaces, large and fully equipped kitchen and many other amenities. With all the comfort that the Co-Living offers, the social component in particular plays a decisive role for us on site: "The "Co" in Co-Living means above all community and is the ideal combination of privacy and contact with like-minded people. Therefore, we only ask for a short introduction from you to see if it fits together on site. Living together: At the Villa, we all live together as a residential community. Living together as a group is not an all-inclusive fun trip, but an attempt to have a nice and exciting time together and consequently requires a certain willingness to integrate into the group structure. This includes sharing common expenses (purchases in the app Splitwise), cooking together, everyone being jointly responsible for cleanliness and everything being relaxed and stress-free - like living together with friends (whom you don't know yet). Again, anything goes, nothing has to.
