Co-working trip to Porto with a local: cooking class, surf lesson and a private room in the city centre!

Hello 🥰 Ready to find that the nudge you might be missing to get that work done? 📌 I am Catarina, and I'm passionate about new adventures and meeting different people. I have always loved planning trips and making them memorable. I'm born and raised in Porto and I want to introduce you to a city that is considered one of the most welcoming ones in the world and, also, one of the best places to work remotely from. Feel free to decide if you prefer to work at our apartment's coworking space, which is totally equipped for that matter and also includes private meeting rooms if you need to use them, OR we can change the scenario every 2 days. 😉 📝 There are plenty of coworking spaces in the city and that would be a nice opportunity for you to get to know Porto differently, as we will be walking from one place to another. Don't worry because I will take into account your working schedules so that you don't miss out on important duties. I adapt easily to all kinds of environments and have always liked to get out of my comfort zone. I know Porto like the back of my hand, and I will always be available for any questions that may arise before and during the trip. Although I already have some activities lined up, I am totally open to suggestions and to take you to places in the city you are curious about. Regarding the meals, I will share with the group all my suggestions and recommendations, and we can choose where and when to go. And, of course, we can buy some groceries in the nearest supermarket and cook dinner ourselves in the wonderful kitchen we will have at our disposal! 💡 So, this trip is for you if you are looking to have a good time while working and exploring one of the most welcoming cities in the world 😍 💰 What's included in the price: - Accommodation (private rooms and private bathroom for all trip mates) in a fully equipped apartment in Porto city center, very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and all kinds of services that are needed. It has, of course, great Wi-Fi connection - A climbing activity on the second day of our trip so that we can enjoy our Sunday and you can have a glimpse at one of the best views overlooking Porto - A private walking tour and cooking class (with dinner) in your last night here where you will learn how to make one of the city's most typical dishes, and you will also have access to a private tour where we will go shopping for the local products we will be cooking - A private surf lesson on one of the city's most iconic beaches, in Matosinhos, on the second morning here -Travel Insurance (unluckily, for now, provided only for travellers from Germany and Austria) What is NOT included in the price of the trip: - Airplane tickets; - Lunch and dinner (only dinner for the last night, and I am totally up to take you to the most traditional restaurants in town, or we can buy some groceries and cook at the apartment) - Afternoon drinks or appetizers - Visits to monuments or attractions that are not part of the plan; - Fees associated with the co-working places we might be visiting Most of the evenings will be left completely free from any activity after work, to give space for possible solo explorations and/or necessary rest (optional activities will be suggested to those who would still like to move around as a group) Last but not least, this trip was designed specifically for remote workers 💻 If you're outgoing and love to meet new people, then join me in Porto on this 9-day trip 😊 For any other questions or curiosity, don’t mind sending me a message here on JoinMyTrip Let's make this trip memorable 😊 *The apartments and all the activities planned may be subject to variation based on both the weather and the number of TripMates.
