Hello there! 😊 Join me for a live and work adventure in the beautiful city of Marbella, Spain! Our journey will include exploring the city by car after work, giving us ample opportunities to discover all the charming towns surrounding Marbella. On the weekends, we'll take trips to the amazing city of Málaga, a crown jewel of Andalucía. What's more, we'll get to thrill ourselves with visits to the mountainous regions like Mijas. And yes, we're never far from the beach. The timing is perfect as November is a fantastic month to visit Andalucía. The weather is still warm enough for sea outings 🌊 and pool dips 🏊. I've visited this region multiple times, so I'm quite familiar with the local treasures and the best spots for food and drinks. Our base will be a rented villa with a pool, where we can motivate each other and share skills. The group will comprise up to 7 TripMates in total. I'm also scouting for 2 people who wouldn't mind taking turns driving our group car. Interested in being one of the drivers? Please, do let me know :)

Marbella

Day 1-6

As we are in Marbella, we plan to visit the modern part of the city, explore its beautiful beaches, and also explore the historic old town. We enjoy relaxing by the beautiful Puerto Banús Beach and Costa del Sol. There are local Osterias where we can indulge in a variety of dishes that cater to our preferences.

Málaga

Day 6

For the first weekend, we will have the opportunity to go to Malaga, the jewel city of Andalusia, to visit the city and enjoy its vibrant nightlife. We won't miss the chance to explore the local bars there. 😉

Marbella

Day 6-7

At night, we will return to our villa to rest and prepare for Sunday when we will visit Ronda, a beautiful mountainous city located close to Marbella. It takes around 2 hours to drive there, but it is worth visiting.

Ronda

Day 7

Ronda is a city located in the mountains, known for its historic and amazing bridge, as well as its delicious local food. We plan to visit the city after we have rested on Saturday night. We are looking forward to enjoying the weather and, if possible, bathing in the waterfall as well.

Marbella

Day 7-12

We will return to our place once again to relax and prepare for the upcoming week. We can cook dinner for the evening. My friends often compliment my cooking skills, so I can prepare some simple dishes for everyone on Sunday night.

Mijas

Day 12

Mijas is a municipality in the Province of Málaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. The city is divided into two parts, one located by the beach and the other nestled in the mountains. We are looking forward to enjoying our time at the beach and indulging in the delicious local food.

Marbella

Day 12-13

In the evening, we will return to our villa to unwind and relax. We can enjoy a drink and the pleasant weather before going to sleep. We will then prepare for Saturday, when we plan to visit Cordoba. The drive to Cordoba usually takes around 3 hours.

Córdoba

Day 13

No need to talk about the beauty of Cordoba, one of the most captivating historic cities in Spain. The drive usually takes around 3 hours, but the destination is well worth the travel time. Cordoba's beauty and rich history speak for themselves.

Marbella

Day 13-14

On our last night in Marbella, we can take the opportunity to chill, have conversations, and relax. The highlight of any group trip is the bond of friendship, so we can reflect on our experiences, share memories, and discuss what we've enjoyed during our travels. We will also pack our belongings in preparation for our journey back home the following day.

Day 14

Time to say goodbye and depart from Marbella. The closest airport to Marbella is Malaga Airport, so it's important that we organize our return accordingly to ensure we don't miss our flight. It takes around 2 hours from Marbella to Malaga Airport.
