Day 1-2

On this first day, do as much or as little as you'd like! First, we will stroll through the enchanting streets of the French Quarter, taking in the captivating architecture and lively street performances. You'll also visit historic sites and famous cafés to taste local beignets and coffee. Next, get your dancing shoes ready for a night of live jazz music and maybe even a second-line parade. New Orleans is the birthplace of jazz, and you'll experience its soul-stirring rhythms in the city where it all began.

Day 2-3

Thanksgiving Day Parade and a Festive Thanksgiving Feast: The d-day! We will join the local community in celebrating Thanksgiving with the annual parade featuring vibrant floats, marching bands, and a joyful atmosphere that's perfect for all ages. Then, we will indulge in a sumptuous Thanksgiving meal at a traditional southern restaurant. You'll savor classic dishes like turkey, cranberry sauce, and sweet potato casserole, all with a NOLA twist of those Creole and Cajun flavors.

Day 3-4

A Taste of Cajun & Creole Cooking: We will start the day by getting close and personal with the rich culinary heritage of New Orleans. Through hands-on cooking classes, we will learn the art of local foods and treats and discover the secrets behind Louisiana's famous cuisine. We will also embark on an exciting adventure through some of the bayous and swamps to encounter fascinating wildlife while taking in the natural beauty of the unique ecosystem.

Frenchmen Art Bazaar

Day 4

Last day! We will explore the city's thriving arts scene at the Frenchmen Art Market, where you can find unique handmade gifts and souvenirs for yourself or for those waiting for you back home. Then, we will prepare to say goodbye to each other (for now!). Hopefully, our group of fellow adventurers will go back with memories to last a lifetime and a deeper understanding of the American Thanksgiving tradition!
