Trip Itinerary
1

Marseille

Day 1-2
On the first day we will get to know each other, starting immediately to visit the first city. Marseille is the second largest city in France. Located on the Mediterranean coast to the south of the country, it enjoys a mild climate; this also makes it the second sunniest major city in France. Visiting Marseille is like diving into the past, among ancient streets, castles, churches and museums: in fact, the history of the city dates back to 600 BC. When you go to Marseille, you cannot miss its specialties: bouillabaisse is the most famous dish, while Pastis is the famous anise-based liqueur. If you are looking for a nice souvenir to take home, you can buy Marseille soap, famous throughout the world.
2

Lyon

Day 2-3
Lyon boasts the largest Renaissance district in Europe after Venice, a rich cultural life and stands as the capital of gastronomy in France. We will have a full day to visit its neighborhoods and try its food.
3

Geneva

Day 3
Border city, Geneva, surrounded by the Alps and the Jura mountains, offers a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. It is the European headquarters of the United Nations and the Red Cross, and the nerve center of diplomacy and the banking sector. The French influence is significant and is present in the language, gastronomy and bohemian neighborhoods such as Carouge. Interesting gardens and palaces to visit.
4

Lausanne

Day 3-4
Personally this is a city I am very close to, as a sports lover. Lausanne owes its worldwide fame to its vocation as an Olympic city. Its position between the lake and the mountains makes it an ideal place to practice many outdoor sports. It houses the headquarters of the International Olympic Committee and a museum that traces its history.
5

Bern

Day 4
Bern represents one of the most important examples of medieval architecture in Europe. The core of the city has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Bern's most famous monument is the Zytglogge tower, the medieval clock tower, with its animated figurines. There will be no shortage of cheese and chocolate tastings as we delve deeper into this country.
6

Niedergösgen

Day 4-5
Niedergösgen with its nature trails and its interlude location will host us for one night as an interlude between Bern and Zurich. If we have time we can visit Bally Park, near the city. A small oasis to stop.
7

Zürich

Day 5
Its pre-medieval history is reflected in the picturesque alleys of the Altstadt, the old town, which develops on both banks of the Limmat, which is lined with promenades. Elegant palaces, futuristic buildings and churches soaring towards the sky are reflected on cobalt blue waters.
8

Liechtenstein

Day 5-6
Liechtenstein is a 25 km long, German-speaking principality between Austria and Switzerland. It is known for medieval castles, alpine landscapes and villages linked by footpath networks. Being so small we can do a half marathon and cross a Country completely on foot for the first time.
9

Innsbruck

Day 6-7
Immersed in the spectacle of the Alps, Innsbruck is known to be one of the most famous and sought-after ski resorts. Innsbruck is also known for both its imperial and modern architecture. It will be our only stop in Austria, so we will try to try the specialties of this place (and the beers of course).
10

Munich

Day 7-8
Speaking of beers, here we are in the city famous for Oktoberfest, but not only. The itinerary starts from the must par excellence of Munich: Marienplatz. After admiring the beautiful square, we will visit the city cathedral, the Frauenkirche. We can then stroll through the historic center until we reach the wonderful Residenz München, or the Royal Palace. Another stop is the Nymphenburg Castle, not far from the historic center. Finally, for dinner we can dine in the very famous Hofbräuhaus München Brewery, one of the oldest and best known in Germany!
11

Stuttgart

Day 8-9
Stuttgart is often referred to as "between forest and vineyard", precisely because of its wide valleys that extend near the Neckar river. The city is also famous for its dialect, the "Schwabisch", very difficult to understand even for the Germans themselves. Stuttgart offers beautiful city parks and castles to visit.
12

Konstanz

Day 9
Constance is a city on Lake Constance (Bodensee) in southern Germany. The perfectly preserved medieval district of Niederburg includes the Romanesque Constance Cathedral, known for its different decorative styles and Gothic spire. This will be our last stop. We will leave the van in the morning and we will have the last breakfast together and a quick visit of the city, before everyone leaves.
