ARE YOU READY FOR THE CITY TRIP OF A LIFE TIME? I have completely fallen in love with the artsy, creative and cultural city of Barcelona. I would love to explore more of this beautiful city together 🤩. Barcelona is the home of Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí and Antoni Gaudí artworks and architecture 👨‍🎨. Besides the many markets, sightseeing options and amazing restaurants there is a long beach which will allow us to combine city, culture with relaxation and a lot of fun 😎. The week will consist of joined activities and free time. We will work out what works for everyone and we will combine scheduled activities with room for unexpected adventures (the planned activities are not mandatary of course but included in the price).

About me! I am Chan and I am traveling the world 🌎 I have traveled to many places but Barcelona has stolen my heart since the first time I came there. Trip Itinerary
1

La Sagrada Familia

Day 1-8
This will be your home for 8 days. The apartment is looking out on Sagrada Familia and gives us the ultimate home base for further exploration of Barcelona. It’s in the neighborhood of Dreta De L’eixample.
2

La Rambla

Day 8
Walking tour and solving escape game puzzles. We will all get codes to enter in an app. This app will give us riddles, questions and problems to solve. Every time these challenges will lead us to new, beautiful places. During the walking tour we can visit markets, sit for coffee and enjoy a lunch somewhere.
3

Mercado de La Boqueria

Day 8
The Mercat de Sant Josep de la Boqueria, usually simply referred to as La Boqueria, is a large public market in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, and one of the city's foremost tourist landmarks. The market is on walking distance from our home and we will visit there for delicious food, snacks and a good time!
4

Magic Fountain of Montjuïc

Day 8
The Magic Fountain is located at the end of Avinguda Reina Maria Cristina which starts at Plaça d'Espanya and just below the Palau Nacional. This is the largest fountain in Barcelona and was built in 1929 during the World Exhibition. The magical fountain gives a spectacular fountain show of music, water acrobatics and light in the evening. It is not for nothing that Font Màgica Montjuïc is one of Barcelona's most popular attractions (2.5 million visitors per year).
5

Picasso Museum

Day 8
The Picasso Museum Barcelona is one of the most visited sights of the city of Barcelona. The Picasso Museum has three floors and there are more than 4300 works of art by painter Pablo Picasso from the period 1890-1957. Opened in 1963, the Picasso Museum is housed in five adjoining medieval palaces in the La Ribera district. The artworks of painter Pablo Picasso in the gallery belong to Cubism and Surrealism, among others.
6

Cathedral of Barcelona

Day 8
On Saturday we can all go and watch the Sardanes dance performance. The 'Sardanes' is a traditional Catalan dance of which demonstrations are regularly given on the square in front of the cathedral in the Gothic Quarter, walking distance from the apartment.
7

Arc de Triomf

Day 8
The Arc de Triomf is located in the Parc de la Ciutadella. A beautiful park next to the historic center of Barcelona with a beautiful fountain, buildings from the time of the World Exhibition and a beautiful boulevard to the Arc de Triomf. We can even go in one of the little boats and enjoy Barcelona on the water. Maybe we can even have a picnic lunch in the park together!
8

Parc del Laberint d'Horta

Day 8
The park (Parc del laberint d'Horta) is a historic garden created at the end of the 18th century and is the oldest park still in use as such in the city of Barcelona. The neo-classical style park takes its name (Parc del laberint d'Horta) from the maze in the park.
9

Güell Palace

Day 8
Gaudí's Palau Güell was built between 1886 and 1890 and is located near the famous Ramblas. The Palau Güell is a dark and modernist palace built for the wealthy industrialist and shipowner Eusebi Güell; he was a lover of Gaudi's work and also financed several of Gaudi's projects. Palau Güell, Gaudi's first major commission, has one of Barcelona's most spectacular interiors, which is why it was placed on the World Heritage List in 1999.
