Hello fellas! On this trip, we will basically explore the capital of Croatia, Zagreb, and the Plitvice National Park during one of the most stunning moments of the year, autumn. Your accommodation will be assured in both spots. Breakfast and dinner are included just in Plitvice. The trip 🇭🇷💃🏽🕺🏻 📍ZAGREB Zagreb is the capital and largest city of Croatia, located in the northwestern part of the country. A charming and safe city. As the capital of Croatia, Zagreb has many historical sights, museums, and beautiful green oases that would delight any visitor. It is one of the oldest Central European cities and a perfect combination of rich heritage, lively rhythm of street life, and a multitude of attractions that will awaken all your senses. Croatian National Theatre is a neo-baroque Zagreb masterpiece established in 1895. It was designed by the renowned Viennese architects Ferdinand Fellner and Herman Helmer. In front of the theatre, you will find The Well of Life, designed by Ivan Meštrović in 1905. Experts claim the statue is among Mestrovic’s finest pieces of art. Definitely, the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb is one of those things you have to feel and see. Wednesday 🔰1st day: Gala night at The National Theater You all will arrive at your apartment and rest from your trip. Then, we will join a gala night at the National Theatre. If you enjoy the opera, if you are willing to try it for the first time, or if you simply want to enjoy the indoors, the gorgeous balconies, and the view of the city from there, this option is suitable for you. Don't forget to bring your best suit/dress! 💃🕺🏻 Thursday 🔰2nd day: City tour of Zagreb, Botanical Garden and more - At 11:00 a.m. we will visit the historic Upper and Lower Town area, which features beautiful architecture, museums, and a stunning cathedral. Other must-see attractions include the colorful Dolac Market, the Museum of Broken Relationships, etc. All these will have a duration of 2-3 hours. - In the afternoon we will go to visit the Botanical Garden and some other places you can be interested in. - Finally, make sure you try some traditional Croatian drinks and cuisine, such as rakia, ćevapi, or burek. Friday 🔰3rd day: Getting ready for Plitvice National Park - We will start with a morning walk through the beautiful Maksimir Park, with the option to enjoy a warm drink surrounded by nature and fresh air. - You will have time to return to your rooms, have lunch, and pack everything for the upcoming days on Plitvice. - We will meet here at 15:15 hrs. to see one of the most famous exhibitions at the Nikola Tesla Museum. - At 18:00 hrs we will embark on a road trip in the direction to our hotel near Plitvice National Park. We will arrive and have an optional short walk before dinner. - You will have the time to recharge energy and be prepared for the exciting upcoming day. 📍PLITVICE NATIONAL PARK Just a two-hour car drive from Zagreb, the national park offers 50 acres of forest and lake. In autumn, the park is lush with yellow and orange tonalities. We invite you during this season to experience the idyllic scenes of the sleepy nature of Plitvice Lakes, feel the benefits of a healing stay in the fresh air, and taste the richness of the gastronomic offer inspired by the Lika tradition. Saturday 🔰4th day: Full day at Plitvice National Park - Wake up with the sound of birds and waterfalls. You will have the time to enjoy an included breakfast. - At 9.00 a.m. we will start the tour. - We will visit this National Park for a maximum of 6 hours. And will have a stop for around 1 hour. - At the end of the walking tour, we will come back to rest and enjoy dinner at the hotel. After this, you can choose to take your *comodin* that night or the next morning. Sunday 🔰5th day: Relaxing day at Plitvice This day is for relaxing and enjoying the connection with nature, waking up surrounded by the sound of birds and waterfalls. You will have an included breakfast and the amenities this traditional hotel offers. On this day the activities are flexible, taking into account that all of them are offered by the Hotel and it's not necessary to be in groups. This day you can use your *comodin* that is included in the price you are paying. You can choose between: - Finnish sauna at the Hotel. - RELAX massage (60 minutes) at the hotel’s Fors Fortis beauty salon. - Horse riding Finally, we will return to Zagreb at the most suitable time for everyone. Preferably before 18 hrs. We will provide you with all the necessary information and help for your next destination. *If you want to take more than one "comodin". We can arrange the best price for you. *Remember, the food (breakfast and dinner) will be provided just at the hotel in Plitvice. *Pick-up from the airport can be arranged, depending on the arrival time. *Remember to bring proper clothes for the season.

Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb

Day 1-2
Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb is going to be our first activity together. It is a neo-baroque Zagreb masterpiece established in 1895. It was designed by the renowned Viennese architects Ferdinand Fellner and Herman Helmer. In front of the theatre, you will find The Well of Life, designed by Ivan Meštrović in 1905. Experts claim the statue is among Mestrovic’s finest pieces of art. The opera has an exciting new season. They continue their best works of domestic opera production. It presents contemporary works that will, consequently, position Zagreb as an unavoidable place on the European opera charts. Croatian National Theatre is one of Zagreb’s most elegant and spectacular buildings! Definitely, is one of those things you have to feel and see.

Ban Josip Jelačić Square

Day 2-3
Admire the historic monuments of the Croatian capital and gain an insight into local life in Zagreb on this private walking tour. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the lively Ban Josip Jelacic Square, tuck into street food specialties at Dolac Market, ride the smallest funicular in the world to the Old Town, and admire the architecture of the city. Take in panoramic views of the city from Grič hill and more.

Plitvice Lakes National Park

Day 3
Marvel at the spectacular beauty of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Croatia's best-known national park and the Croatian natural jewel that is on the UNESCO List of World Heritage sites. The main attractions of this park, unique in the world, are the 16 small lakes joined by waterfalls created by the sedimentation of travertine, a special type of limestone. We will enjoy a full day here. To take a boat and walk, or just walk, will be optional depending on your preferences.

Day 3-5
You will stay 2 nights and 2 days in a shared room. On this hotel, you will have a private room. If you would like the cheapest option, keep scrolling down. -Breakfast and dinner are included. -The hotel has amenities like a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, live music, a swimming pool, gym, and more. You will also get a 20% discount on the "a la cart" menu at the hotel's restaurant. Here the breakfast and dinner is included with the package. Also, we will arrive by car and return to Zagreb in the same way.
