Whether you're new to mindfulness, yoga, art, or personal growth, or you're a seasoned practitioner, our program will provide you with the tools and support you need to cultivate a more mindful and fulfilling life. Come and join our 5 days and 4 nights of Magic at one of the most beautiful spots in Lebanon! Nestled among rolling hills and lush forests, you'll feel like you've stepped into a parallel universe where time slows down and your senses awaken. Each day, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including daily yoga classes, guided meditations, group discussions, and creative workshops. Our experienced facilitators will guide you every step of the way and provide one-on-one sessions to help you personalize your experience. **Our retreat is more than just a program - it's a community.** You'll connect with like-minded individuals from around the world, share your experiences, and build meaningful relationships. We'll foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. Our meals are designed to nourish your body and support your practice, with delicious and nutritious food that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied. And when you need some time to reflect and integrate your experiences, we'll provide opportunities for journaling and self-reflection. You'll leave our retreat feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world with a fresh perspective. Some Rules: 1. Dress code is white or light colors. No shorts will be allowed! 2. No smoking and no drinking. Detox is all that we need for a healthy body and mind. It is really worth trying ;) (If you cannot do it then it's fine, but you only can smoke at the smoking area) 3. No mobile phone usage during meditation, and yoga! It is better to keep the phones in your rooms to get the right balance and to get rid of distractions. 4. Drink a lot of water (As much as you can!) 5. We will be having a lot of photos together, so please be open to this ;) 6. Male rooms and Female rooms will not be mixed at all even if we have a married couple, it is nice to take some break from each other ;), unless you requested a room for your own. The theme for the 3 days: ⁃ Balancing the body and mind ⁃ Meeting the little me ⁃ Self-Love and care. About me: My name is Salwa Abdel-Khaliq (you can find me on Instagram as Salwaak) I am an Artist, Designer, and Certified Meditation Trainer. I live in Jordan and I enjoy traveling around and meeting new people and training them to be a better version of themselves. I love to teach balance because all of my life I have been searching for balance myself, and I found out that we can find it easily when we use the full capacity of our body and mind, awakening all the cells that we never knew they existed! A very special friend of mine will be joining us this time to give the Yoga and the Breathing Sessions and this is not happening all the time ;) so stay tuned! About The Place: It is 90% confirmed that we are going to stay at al Chouf-Lebanon. It is a very heavenly and peaceful place that is owned by a very kind, cool couple. The price includes: - Accommodation (shared rooms) - Transportation between stops - Yoga and Breathing Sessions - Creative workshops - Meditation Sessions - Mentioned Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Light dinner) - Water, Coffee, and Tea. We will all sleep in 2-4 beds rooms! Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport

Day 1
1st day: We will be meeting at the airport, and we’ll be leaving Beirut for our Retreat site by no later than 2:00 pm. We’ll reach at 3:00 pm, so we’ll get the chance to check in and to relax for some time until 6:00 pm At 6:00 pm, we will be starting our program by welcoming and giving an Orientation bout the retreat and the space. After that, we will be having a sunset meditation and then a light dinner and finally, we will go to sleep to start our next day early like a beautiful singing bird!

Chouf

Day 1-5
2nd to 4th day: The Magical site that we are going to stay at for 4 days to disconnect with Art, Yoga, and Meditation. Our retreat was perfectly picked to meet our goals and get the detox that we needed the most. These will be the rich retreat days when we will be having all the transformation and all the fun! The program will be as the following: 6:15 am: Wake-up-Call 7:00 - 7:30 am: Early Meditation Session 7:45 - 8:45 am: Yoga Session 8:45 - 10:30 am: Breakfast and Personal Time 10:30 - 11:00 am: Breathing Session 11:00 am -2:00 pm: The Art Workshop 2:00 – 4:00 pm: Lunch and Personal Time 4:00 – 6:00 pm: Activities and Games 6:00 – 6:45 pm: Peace Time (You can connect, engage, chat with others or with yourself) 6:45 – 7:15 pm: Gentle Flow Exercise 7:30 – 8:10 pm: Sunset Meditation 8:30 – 9:15 pm: Light Dinner 9:30 – 10:00 pm: Night Meditation (Optional) 10:00 pm: Light out

5th day: On the last day, we will be heading to Beirut, where we will be having some time together around the city, enjoying getting back to real life and saying goodbye to each one we created some awesome memories with. 7:00 - 7:30 am: Early Meditation Session (Optional) 7:45 - 8:45 am: Yoga Session (Optional) 8:45 - 10:30 am: Breakfast and Some time to get yourself packed, group photos maybe? 11:30 am: Check out 12:00 pm: Head to Beirut City Center
