Solkan is a settlement in the Municipality of Nova Gorica in the Gorizia region of western Slovenia, at the border with Italy. You can do many activities in Solkan: Bungee jumping, Zipline, laser tag, kayaking, etc. the bungee jumping takes place off a 55-meter-high bridge majestically arching over the emerald Soฤa river in Solkan. This is one of the most beautiful locations in Europe, offering a breath-taking view of the old Solkan Bridge with the largest stone arch in the world; the region of Brda, famous for fruit and wine; the town of Solkan, first mentioned as early as 1001; and โ last but not least โ the stunning Soฤa River as it makes its way towards Italy. Transport around Solkan and Gorizia is with us by car. FREE๐ Nearest Airport: Trieste and you can take a bus/train from Trieste to Gorizia, from there I can pick you up by car. ๐ฐ What's included in the price? ๐๏ธ Accommodation in a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen, Wifi, etc (breakfast and free parking) 4 single beds. I really enjoyed the weekend hike! Our trip leader kept the schedule flexible, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We had a good mix of different types of hikes/walks, all enjoyable and manageable (and great views), and the overall vibe of the trip was fun and well-paced.
