On my nature adventures, I am thrilled to welcome my participants from all over the world into a space where we can feel welcome, safe and open. Lightness, lightheartedness, flow. It touches my heart when I see them cautiously approaching each other in the morning and then saying goodbye with a hug in the evening, as if they had known each other for a lifetime. I love to see the sparkle in their eyes that found its way there during their time in nature. It touches me to see people who have the courage to show themselves as they are. With their worries and weaknesses. Authentic. Beginners are also welcome and even those who haven't even started yet. I love seeing the community that is created when people can open up and be vulnerable and meet empathy. "Me too" where their feelings are witnessed and appreciated. It encourages me to continue when I see the participants go home in the evening a little more at home.
