İstanbul
Day 1-2
We'll spend the first 3 days in Istanbul, the below itinerary is flexible and can be modified as per the interest of trip mates: Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul => Upon arrival in Istanbul, we'll take a taxi or public transportation to our hotel. => In the afternoon, we will visit the Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia, two of Istanbul's most famous landmarks. => In the evening, we will wander through the Grand Bazaar and haggle with merchants for souvenirs. => We will end the day with some local cuisine for dinners, such as kebabs or meze.

The Blue Mosque
Day 2-3
Day 2: Istanbul Old City => We will spend the day exploring the Old City of Istanbul, including the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and the Suleymaniye Mosque. => In the afternoon, visit the Spice Bazaar and pick up some souvenirs and spices to take home. => In the evening, enjoy a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at a local bathhouse.

Taksim Square
Day 3-4
Day 3: Istanbul New City => We will Spend the day exploring the New City of Istanbul, including the Galata Tower and the Taksim Square area. => Visit the Istanbul Modern Art Museum and the Pera Museum. => In the evening, take a walk along the Bosphorus Strait and watch the sunset.

Cappadocia
Day 4-5
Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia =>After breakfast, we'll move from Istanbul to Cappadocia. => Upon arrival, check in to our hotel and get settled in. => In the afternoon, we will visit the Goreme Open Air Museum and see the rock-cut churches and monasteries.

Derinkuyu
Day 5-6
Day 5: Derinkuyu => We will take a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia's stunning landscape of fairy chimneys and valleys. => In the afternoon, visit the underground city of Derinkuyu and learn about the region's history. => In the evening, enjoy a traditional Turkish dinner with live music.

Pigeon Valley
Day 6-7
Day 6: Pigeon Valley => Visit the Selime Monastery and the Pigeon Valley. => In the afternoon, go hiking or horseback riding through the beautiful valleys and mountains of Cappadocia. => In the evening, visit a local winery and taste some of Cappadocia's famous wines.

Day 7-8
Day 7: Departure from Cappadocia => We'll travel back to Istanbul => There will be free time till the transfer to Airport, so we can wander around => Move towards the airport to catch the return flight
