I want to combine my passion for wine and travel and take you on a trip through the beautiful hills of Tuscany. We will visit 4 wineries to taste their wine and their amazing food, sleep there and fully get an idea of the Italian wine culture! I work closely with these winemakers; they can't wait to show you their beautiful estates and wineries. It will be harvesting and wine-making season, so there is no better experience than this! Next to visiting the wineries, we will also take the time to visit the amazing cities in Tuscany, like Florence, Sciena and ??.

About me! Hi there! I am Amber, 22 years old an a wine enthusiast. I work as a wine-importer and would love for you to join me in visiting my winemaker friends in Tuscany! I am a sommelier and have been working with wine in restaurants since I was 15, and started the real work at 18 when I could drink legally haha! I have been to wineries before but not in this way at this perfect harvesting time, and I would love to take you on my journey.

Details about the accommodation: We will sleep on a camping farm closeby Siena, which has its own pool. It is also next to a cute village with shops and amazing restaurants. This place is perfect to travel through Tuscany since we will be doing everything by car! The place has 4 rooms, 1 has a double bed the rest all have separate beds. Florence

Day 1

We will meet each other in Florence, either at the airport or in the city center. We will meet before lunch so that we can have lunch at the first winery, which is just outside of Florence. Depending on the time, we will visit Florence before or after our visit to the winery.

Montechiaro

Day 1-2

After our trip to Florence we will travel to the winery in Montechiaro where we settle in the apartment and put our stuff. At the end of the day, we will enjoy a great diner with my friend Alessandro!

Montalcino

Day 2

DAY 2: On the next day, we will travel to Montalcino, where we will visit an amazing Brunello winery. This winery is one of the most beautiful wineries my bosses have seen, so I am excited to see it for myself. If we have free time in the afternoon, we will visit Siena and have dinner there!

Montepulciano

Day 2

DAY 3: On this day we will visit two wineries, one in Montepulciano which makes amazing super Tuscans where we will be for lunch and the other in Torenieri. We will also drive through the hills to some of the smaller villages and sip an Aperol or two!

Torrenieri

Day 2

DAY 3: After lunch either in the winery or in a village, we will drive to another vineyard where we will enjoy another couple of glasses of Brunello! We will have dinner in the countryside or at the estate of Alesandro!

Day 2

DAY 4: We will visit a winery in Umbria of an amazing sweet winemaker where we will taste wine, eat lunch and enjoy the vineyards. After this longer trip, we will have the afternoon and evening off to do whatever we want!

Siena

Day 2-5

As told before, we will be sleeping on the estate of Alesando close by Siena all trip long which makes it easy to travel across Tuscany. On this fifth and last day we will visit his winery, chill and have lunch here. During this day, everybody is free to go home or stay another day. The car is still ours, so we can bring you to either Pisa or Florence for the flight!
