If you're not a fan of roadtrips yet don't mind a few activities combined with beach time and a small group of like minded travelera - this is exactly for you. No need to travel for long to have a good time, join us 10 days for beach, city and lanterns! One of my favorite parts of our journeys are the *Sunset Circles*: casual evening gatherings where we sit together, share highlights or stories, talk about life or simply watch the sky change colors with a drink in hand. It’s a relaxed, real way to connect with good people and golden light. 🌅 ℹ️ Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding flights, arrival, visas or anything else that comes up. We're happy to help 😊 We’ll also create a dedicated WhatsApp group for trip updates, tips, coordination sharing photos and easy communication with the whole crew. 💬About me: Hi, I’m Ellis and part of the duo behind "LoveBeyondNations". Together with my partner Mario, we organize unique co-living and small group travel experiences that blend connection, culture and of course a lot of fun. 🥳 After having spent a full month exploring Vietnam, we’ve fallen in love with its warmth, rhythm and authenticity and now we want to share that feeling with you ✨ This trip isn’t just about ticking off sights. It’s about slowing down, living together in a beautiful villa between city and sea and discovering Vietnam beyond the surface: through food, stories and shared moments. You don’t need to be a digital nomad to join, just someone who enjoys meaningful travel, authentic places and a good mix of adventure and relaxation. While this is not a party trip, we still enjoy having a drink or two or hitting the dancefloor once in a while 💃🏻😉 We're looking for easy-going, open-minded people who want to connect, laugh, explore and experience together - between the age 25 ~ 45 (so the age gap won't be too big!).
🏡 Accomodation: • We’ll stay in a house/ villa with multiple bedrooms, pool, tropical garden or terrace nestled right in between beaches and the Old Town/ City Center. Both are just a short walk or ride on the scooter/taxi away. • Each room features air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and 1 - 2 bed(s) (twin and/or double - depending on availability). • High-speed Wi-Fi and several workspaces make it ideal for those who want to blend travel with creativity or remote work. 💻 🛏️ Room Setup: Exact bed and room sizes may vary slightly depending on layout and villa, but all offer premium comfort and space. Room requests - including room buddies, room setup or same-gender arrangement CAN NOT be guaranteed, though I always try my best to accommodate everyone’s preferences. 🤗 Due to logistical reasons, we will take over the room assignment. You will be sharing a room with another person, ideal for solo travelers open to share or couples/ friends - available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly inquire first if you wish for a private room throughout your stay. (Depends on availability and comes with a surcharge) ⚠️PLEASE NOTE: • The price is based on a shared accommodation basis (2 people/ 3 max. per room - total group size is approx. 7 ~ 10 people total) • If fewer than 4 TripMates join the trip or if you wish to have a private room throughout the stay, a surcharge applies to balance accommodation costs. • Itinerary may change slightly due to force majeur/ unforseen circumstances • Villa photos are an example - exact villa will depend on final group size. Trip Itinerary
1
Hội An
Day 1-11
Hoi An is a UNESCO World Heritage town and one of Vietnam’s most atmospheric destinations. Once a bustling port on the ancient spice trade routes, it blends Japanese, Chinese, and French influences into a living museum of culture and charm. By day, its narrow streets glow with yellow-walled houses and riverside cafés; by night, thousands of lanterns reflect on the Thu Bon River, creating a timeless glow. Surrounded by rice fields and just minutes from the beach, Hoi An is where history meets slow living. Check-in is after 2 PM, if we arrive earlier we may relax at the pool and leave luggage at the villa in the meanwhile. We will discuss the time of the transport from Da Nang to Hoi An on location. Travel time approx. 40 min only
2
Hội An Night Market
Day 11
⬇️ACTIVITIES DURING OUR STAY ARE AS FOLLOW ⬇️ HOI AN FOOD WALKING TOUR 🍜 Vietnamese food is the heartbeat of its culture. Fresh herbs, sizzling street stalls, and rich broths that tell stories of generations. On your first day, dive into the local flavors with a guided food tour through Hoi An's best spots. Whether you explore the night market or stroll through hidden alleys during the day, every bite reveals a new layer of Vietnam - from crispy Bánh mì to fragrant phở or local Cao lầu noodles, it’s the perfect way to get to know the city, the people and the soul of the country. Vietnamese cuisine is known to be one of the best in the world.
3
Lantern Workshop & Lantern Making Class
Day 11
Hoi An’s glowing lanterns aren’t just decoration - they’re symbols of luck, happiness and the light that guides people home. The city’s lantern-making tradition dates back hundreds of years to its time as a bustling port on the Silk Road, when Chinese and Japanese merchants brought their craft to Vietnam. In this lantern-making workshop you’ll learn this beautiful art the local way shaping silk and bamboo by hand, choosing colors that carry meaning and creating your own lantern to take home as a unique handmade souvenir.
4
Hoi An ancient town
Day 11
Discover a different side of Hoi An as night falls when stories, beliefs, and spirits come together beneath the glow of lanterns. On this walking tour, you’ll explore ancestral houses, hidden pagodas, and quiet alleys where locals still honor their ancestors with daily offerings. Learn about Vietnam’s unique blend of Buddhism, Taoism and folk spirituality and how the past continues to shape everyday life. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating tales about protective household gods, ancient rituals and the balance between the seen and unseen world.
5
My Son Sanctuary
Day 11
The Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary is one of Vietnam’s most impressive ancient sites, a cluster of red-brick Hindu temples built by the Cham civilization over 1,000 years ago. Hidden in a lush valley about an hour from Hoi An, it once served as a spiritual and political center dedicated to the god Shiva. Walking among the weathered ruins at sunrise, surrounded by jungle and mist, feels like stepping back in time.
6
Hoi An Coffee Making Class
Day 11
Vietnamese coffee is more than just a drink, it’s a ritual that captures the country’s patience, creativity and warmth. Whether brewed slowly through a metal filter, whipped into creamy egg coffee or blended with coconut milk and ice on hot days, every cup tells a story. In this hands-on workshop at "Hoi An Roots / The Bamboo café", a cozy riverside café where everything is made by hand, you’ll learn to brew and taste five traditional styles: black, egg, coconut, salted and layered milk coffee. From the slow drip of the so called "phin" to your first sip of rich, aromatic flavor, you’ll experience Vietnam’s coffee culture the way locals do
7
Bãi biển Cửa Đại
Day 11
Soft waves, golden sand, and that quiet local rhythm, Cua Dai Beach is where you slow down. Less crowded than An Bang, it’s perfect for peaceful swims, lazy afternoons or watching fishermen at sunset with a coconut in hand. 🌅 Just 10 minutes from Hoi An’s center, it’s a gentle reminder that not every day needs to be busy - sometimes, the best plan is none at all.
8
Hoi An Village Tours
Day 11
Wake up before sunrise for a glimpse of Hoi An few people ever see. In the first light of dawn, the town feels almost timeless: fishermen returning with their night’s catch, women sorting fish by lantern glow, the smell of wood smoke and fresh noodles filling the air. We’ll visit quiet riverside villages where families still make fish sauce, rice noodles and rice paper by hand, explore the bustling morning market, and watch life unfold along the Thu Bon River. As the sun rises over the water, we’ll pause for a cup of strong Vietnamese coffee, a perfect and peaceful start before the city awakens.
9
Bay Mau Coconut Forest Tour
Day 11
Basket boat ride 🚣🏽♂️ Cruise through the lush Bay Mau Coconut Forest in a round basket boat, surrounded by palm-lined and (not so) quiet waterways, local fishermen and a mix of peaceful nature and fun cultural moments. Eventually we can combine this also with a Vietnamese cooking class (cooking class not included)
10
Ba Na Hills SunWorld
Day 11
🌄 Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge (OPTIONAL DAY TRIP - NOT INCLUDED) A full-day escape into the clouds. Take the cable car up to Ba Na Hills mountain, one of Vietnam’s most famous theme parks, known for its misty gardens and the iconic "Golden Bridge" held by giant stone hands. The air gets cooler, the views wider - and belive me when I say you can expect to experience all 4 seasons in 1 day - so dress/pack accordingly (in layers)! Wander through small French-style lanes, ride the cable car again, and breathe in the quiet above the city. It’s touristy, yes - but it’s also magical if you let it be.
11
Hoi An Memories Land
Day 11
🎭 Hoi An Memories Show & Theme Park: Spend half a day stepping into Vietnam’s living history - from ancient streets to river parades and lantern-lit bridges. The theme park opens at 4 PM, giving you time to wander its open-air sets and watch some smaller performances before the spectacular show begins at 8 PM. No need for a buffet ticket or dinner reservation - We’ll find cafés, snack stalls and small restaurants throughout the park to grab a local bite or fresh drink before the show. A memorable finish to our trip.
12
Teh Dar - Lune Production
Day 11
TEH DAR Bamboo Circus Show🎍🎪 Teh Dar is a powerful bamboo-cirque performance blending tribal culture, daring acrobatics and live percussion inspired by Vietnam’s Southwest Highlands. It’s raw, rhythmic and immersive - a completely different cultural experience in Hoi An.
