Looking for a winter escape? And looking for some long waves? Imsouane is the perfect surf getaway in January: Mild temperatures of about 20C and one of the finest point breaks in Africa. This retreat is about connection, meeting new people, and having a fun time surfing. It's not about how good you are, comparing or competing, it's not to finetune your surfing – All that matters is having fun surfing! So surf is the main focus of our time in Imsouane – While there will be also two planned getaways (that are voluntary to join of course), this is what the trip is all about: Catching good, fun waves with nice people. What this trip is The whole trip incl. the two daytrips is organized by me, I will take care of everything, so that you don't have to. It's an easy-going surf trip where we surf together (but we don't have to). It's about having a good time together, it's not a surf camp or retreat, it's just my vision of sharing my passion with more people. What this trip isn't However, our days don't follow a timetable filled with activities – it's a guided tour but not a touristic trip that fills your schedule out in advance. This trip also doesn't include surf lessons or analysis, but if you want to I can always organize this as an add on if requested.

Hey there! My name is Nina, I'm 30 years old and I've been a passionate traveler for the last 10 years. I've seen many places (not enough tough ; ) and want to pass on my excitement and knowledge about travelling to other people. My passion for discovering, adventuring and travelling also led me to start my travel blog which eventually made me fall in love with photography (and videography) again. I've had so many people reach out to me, telling me they would love to travel solo, but they don't know where to start or they are afraid – that's when I started organizing and hosting group trips. To make traveling more easy-going and accessible for other people. Professionally I'm a multi-tasker: I'm a photographer, social media marketing professional, blogger and fair fashion label owner (I will launch Swim-and Surf Apparel in Spring 2024). Group trips is a passion of mine which I started doing every now and then on the side. I'm easy-going, open-minded and fun to be around and can't wait to travel with you! Let's discover the world one place at a time : )

The house is situated in the small village of Imsouane. It's a beautiful traditional, yet modern house with several terraces overlooking the ocean. It's only 5-8min walking distance (depending on the spot) away from the surf. There is an outside lounge area and an outdoor shower available. Imsouane

Day 1-9

Imsouane will be our home for the duration of our surf trip. That's where we will rest and relax from our long surf days, where we recharge, connect, talk, chill. The small village of Imsouane hosts one of Africa's longest and best waves.

Essaouira

Day 9

Essaouira, a picturesque coastal gem on Morocco's Atlantic shore, captivates visitors with its timeless charm and unique blend of history and artistry. Enclosed within well-preserved ramparts, the whitewashed buildings of the medina exude a relaxed ambiance, a departure from the hustle of other Moroccan cities. The city's maritime past is evident in its Portuguese-built fortifications, such as the Skala de la Ville, offering panoramic views of the ocean. Essaouira's vibrant arts scene, annual music festivals, and an abundance of galleries contribute to its reputation as a haven for artists and musicians. The bustling fishing harbor, golden beaches, and delectable seafood further enhance the city's allure, making Essaouira a harmonious blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.

AGADIR DESERT AVENTURE

Day 9

We will embark on a thrilling full-day journey from Agadir, exploring Morocco's stunning landscapes and rich culture. This organized excursion takes us to iconic destinations, including a remote beach, the historic city of Tiznit, Sahara sand dunes, and the impressive Youssef Ben Tachfine dam. We will enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal in a Berber home, showcasing the country's renowned hospitality.
