I am most passionate about two things: traveling and fitness. While I’ve been lifting for years, I’ve been traveling for much longer. Whenever I travel - whether it be for a few days, a few weeks, or several months at a time - I have always found it more difficult to stay in a good fitness routine while traveling, and have fallen off track several times. I don’t think that needs to be the case anymore. I saw an opportunity to combine these two interests and create a unique travel experience that would solve my own problem, knowing it isn’t just my problem. I wanted to offer a way for people to stay active and healthy while exploring different parts of the world, and to do so in a way that was affordable and accessible. That's how my fitness adventure group trips were born. My trips are designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery, adventure, and physical challenge. I combine physical activities like yoga, surfing, hiking, and workouts with cultural experiences and exploration, so that you can immerse yourself in the local culture and see all the sights while still maintaining your health and wellness routine!
