Jo Anne Northern

Time has been spent living, playing and teaching in New Zealand, the USA, Shanghai and Edinburgh. Presently my spouse and I are sojourning in Detroit where he is working on an international bridge crossing. I volunteer helping those in need of food and clothes twice a week. There is always a creative or thoughtful project at hand. Cooking, and gardening are also passions. You'll find me relaxing reading a book, curled up at the window enjoying the Detroit River from our 23rd floor apartment. Also to be found walking, cycling or jogging the nearby riverfront or hiking anywhere nearby in the beautiful Michigan woods.
