Hi, I'm Luis Sá Bastardo, a traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. In addition to my passion for travel, I'm also a fitness enthusiast, particularly when it comes to CrossFit. I have a background as an athlete and CrossFit coach. Although I've lived in several places around the world, I'm currently based in Portugal, where I make the most of the outdoor lifestyle and stunning beaches. When I'm not working out or traveling, I enjoy spending time with my baby son and planning my next adventures.
