Welcome ! This is Eylem from Turkey. I'm living in a very charming village of Izmir, at west Aegean coast of Turkey. However, previously for more than 15 years I lived and worked at Istanbul, which is a well-known and main business district of the country. I worked for payment industry companies several years and I visited lots of places both for business and personal trips. In fact, I had plenty of time to create connections worldwide, learn about the culture and cuisine. In the meantime, I studied business management and gastronomy as well. Then, I decided to stop my professional engineering career and quited the job to open up my local restaurant in Istanbul. It was a full of fun experience. Somehow, I left it over to my friends 3 years ago and wanted to have a new start here. Now, I'm totally free to enjoy the life, nature and happiness.
