Hi guys, my name is Ruggero but you can call me Roger. I’m from Bologna where you can find the best regional cuisine in Italy (according to TasteAtlas). Since a young age, I loved to write about food, cooking with my family but more than anything tasting my favorite dishes. I’m here to bring you on my unconventional trips where food is at the heart of each discovery and is the preferred way to encounter new people and places and share the most unforgettable memories, together. While I’m all about busy and bustling big city life (so many international food options), I also love to relax in the countryside enjoying fresh homegrown products, hiking, doing outdoor sports, meditation and yoga.
