I will start by saying that I am a translator by vocation and a social animal by definition! Passionate about art and curious by nature, I am always ready to discover new realities and every time I get the chance I take (thousands of) photos here and there - so much so that friends and relatives have renamed me the 'little Jap'😉. Empathy is definitely a hallmark of mine and, to use an image I particularly love because it is representative of my essence, I would define myself as 'an erupting volcano': unpredictable, passionate and always on the move! With Lucanian blood running through my veins, I am originally from Florence and it is here that I have lived most of my life. Berlin represents one of the most significant stages of my life, it is the city that literally stole my heart and where I lived and worked permanently from 2009 to 2011 as a translator in artistic contexts among others and as a B2B interpreter for important international trade fairs. I have two publications to my credit, one in the artistic nonfiction field (about Alberto Giacometti), the other in the editorial field with the translation of an amusing sui generis spy story (00gatto)...
