Family, Travel, Yoga, Nature are the main ingredients of my life. Yoga is not only my life passion it is an ongoing research to live in synthony and harmony with nature, other people, the earth and the universe overall. I have practised and studied yoga for over 20 years and. have been lucky to do it with the best teachers all over the world and spending time in India and the Far East. I have been teaching yoga in China, Hong Kong, Bali and Italy. I set up and ran a yoga studio in Sardinia and organised many retreats and workshops over the years. Travel and moving in different places are a constant in my life. Now I live in Portugal, but continue to travel whenever I get the chance. I teach and spread my knowledge, love and passion of yoga everywhere I go. It gives me tremendous joy to connect with new people and create occasions for people to connect to each other through yoga, nature and the sharing of special moments and experiences with authenticity and mindful intentions.
