How it works!
1. Plan & OrganizeOrganize your trip and calculate the cost per TripMate (accommodation, transportation and other activities). Offer your trip to our community of like-minded travelers.
2. Chat & ConfirmInterested TripMates request to join, you chat and get to know them. Choose the ones you like and request a payment of 20% for the total trip cost. Use this money to cover organisation and reservation expenses. Set a due date to receive the remaining 80%, 2-6 weeks before departure.
3. Travel & MeetTravel hassle-free with committed TripMates. Explore the world together, share your experiences and create new memories.
What do you need to do?
Pimp your trip to make sure it meets the criteria so you can quickly find cool TripMates and enjoy an amazing adventure.
- Calculate the costs for accommodation, transportation and activities using the cost planner
- Once you have confirmed a TripMate, you request for them to pay 20% of the trip cost to commit and join your trip
- Use this payment to do some initial bookings
- Set a due date to receive the remaining 80% 2-6 weeks before departure
- Your trip is flexible? Make sure to fix the date after confirming the first TripMate
Update your trip cost
- Your trip has a description, a title image, a stop description and pictures for the stops
- Your trip's duration is between 2 and 28 days and has at least one stop
- You are searching for at least two TripMates to join your adventure
- Your trip costs are at least 30€ (accommodation and transportation has to be included in the trip price)
Check if your trip meets the criteria
- As a TripLeader, you'll receive your available balance in the bank account of your choice
- Fill out a few details so you can start receiving payments from your TripMates.
- Verify your identity with your ID card, passport or driver's license.
Connect your Bank Account
- We are going to promote your trip on our social media channels, emails and on our website.
- You choose who you want to take on your trip.
- Once you confirm a TripMate, they are going to be verified through their credit card and will pay the 20% deposit.
