Visit Rajasthan - A Journey Through India’s Rich Cultural Landscape for Females only!

Day 1* (depending on the arrival time, some activities may be included in the first day) Greeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. On this day we will take it easy since you will be coming from a long flight, however we will definitely have dinner at the local restaurant where I will introduce you to the local cuisine. After that we need to do something girly yet very cultural. That is right! I am talking about Mehndi. Mehndi is a beautiful skin/body art using a paste created with henna. You can prepare in advance and find the design you want on the internet and be sure that the master will make it come to live. Day 2 Breakfast at the hotel Now that we have a Mehndi how about to turn to fashion and get yourself a traditional tailor-made Sari? We will visit a shop/tailor shop where among all the possible colours and fabrics you can pick yours and leave it to the professional. Within 4 hours, they will do a tailored sari for you, which later will be delivered to our hotel. (This activity is upon request, so if you do not feel like shopping, that is okay) On this day, we will also visit an authentic spot for the best lassi (Indian yogurt-based drink with the smoothie-like consistency). You try once, you will become an addict forever. At the Chandi Chowk later that day we will walk through, so you can see the true Indian market experience, and we will of course pop in to one of the spots PT. Kanhaiya Lal Durga Prasad Dixit Parawthe Wale to taste stuff naan. Yummy! My personal absolute gem of this trip is a must-see Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple - a Guiness-record breaker for being the largest Hindu temple. For me though, it is not about the record, it is about its magnificence. I swear the first time I saw it I had goose bumps and an incredible flow of energy hit me right there. Maybe you will feel the same? After that we will drive to Safdarjung tomb to catch its beauty at the golden hour, and then to Jama Masjig And we will finish the day with the dinner at a restaurant that won several times awards for the best butter chicken.

Day 3 - We will start early in the morning and will travel to Agra. The estimated travel time is 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel/hostel and have lunch together. It is time to explore Agra. We will start with the Tomb of Itmad Ud Baula also known as Mini TAJ or Baby TAJ, then we will visit Agra Fort and Akbar’s Tomb. You will be stunned by the architecture that India, and in this case Agra, has to offer. We will finish the day with the dinner at a local restaurant. Day 4 Taj Mahal is a magical place, no doubts there, but its essence is way better captured at the dawn when first sunlight is breaking through the sky. I want you to see that, and that is why don't hate me, but we will wake up early to visit Taj Mahal. Our guide will tell us all the beautiful stories it holds, and show us the most magical spots to take great pictures. This is your chance to wear that Sari of yours and stand out! After the visit we will be back to the hotel/hostel, have breakfast, pack, and check-out. The next journey awaits!

We are still in day 4, and we arrive in Jaipur or the Pink City. Why? You will see it for yourself! Once we check in at the hotel, have a bit of rest and freshen up, we will start getting to know the city with..... that's right! Lassi! We will go to the oldest and most famous spot in Jaipur. I am even thinking of organizing a voting contest, cause trust me this will be far from the last spots to taste it. Then we will make a quick stop at the Gatore Kichnatriyan - the royal crematorium, it is no longer active but an impressive spot to check out and take some photos. And of course, what could be the best way to say goodbye to the Sun than to climb up the Nahargarh Fort at the golden hour and see the city from the bird's eye view. After that we will go to have dinner, and if you still feel like you want more, I will recommend a good place for a drink. Day 5 After hotel breakfast, we will drive to Birla Mandir Temple. It is so white, that it can literally blind you. Simple, yet impressive, this temple is open to anyone. If you do meditate, I recommend you to do that there. You will also get the water blessing from the monk. After that we will head to the Patrika Gate. Though it is a modern structure, it gives a good dive into the history with its beautiful pictures and paintings. The guide will help us not to get lost in all of the facts, and we will definitely make some memorable photos there. Then we will move on to the City Palace, drive through Chandpole Gate and end up at the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) with 953 windows where we will go inside and learn more about the architecture and what is the reason behind those numerous windows. After that, we will make a stop for lunch. The next place we will visit will be Jagat Shiromani Temple, yet another impressive architectural site. Later that day, we will go out to dinner. Day 6 After hotel breakfast, we will drive to Amber Fort where again with the help of a guide we will get to know the fort/palace, then we will end up at the Panna Meena Ka Kund - the old stepwell. Now another gem is coming.... We will travel to the Elephant park. Elephants are not one of the most beautiful but also very sacred and respected animals in India. So being able to touch that beauty, or feed it or wash it or walk along it could be a very comforting and relaxing thing to do, so let's do it! Now that we have seen enough, I feel like it is the best time to take it easy and let all the information and beauty you saw to digest. So take a short time for yourself, have some rest your way for the rest of the day, and I will be there to recommend things depending on your wishes. We will finish the day with the dinner at one of the best restaurants in Jaipur.

Day 7 After breakfast and checking out, we will start our journey again. Good thing you had your me time yesterday. Once we arrive at Jodhpur, we will drive straight to the historic step well where we not only see the site but also have lunch with the view. Then we will travel to our hotel for check-in. Have some rest and closer to the golden hour we will go for a stroll around Ghanta Ghar and end up for dinner at a beautiful spot. Day 8 Today we will start really getting to know the city with the City Walking Tour (we will have our own guide who will show us the most beautiful corners of the city and take us to the best rooftops) We will walk, so after that it will be good time to make a stop for lunch and yes, of course, the best lassi in Jodhpur. Then we will drive to see Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. We will also make a stop by the Suraj Haveli (rooftop view for the nice pics) and to say goodbye to the day we will drive to Pachetia Hill Viewpoint. Day 9 Breakfast at the hotel, packing and check-out for our transfer to Udaipur!

Day 9 Upon the arrival we will check in at the hotel, have lunch and have some rest. Once you are ready, we will go for an evening stroll in the nearby area and dinner. Day 10 Today we will visit the Udaipur City Palace and learn more about it, after that we will go to the Hathipole market which is known to be the best place for handmade stuff, arts and crafts. I am sure you will come back with some nice souvenirs from there. Once we are done with shopping, we will leave all the stuff in the car and drive to Ranakpur temple for another guided tour. It is time for lunch now, and after another sightseeing visit to Jagdish Temple. After that we are back to the hotel, free time to freshen up and ready to go out for dinner. Day 11 Today will be more about the nature, we will take a boat ride in the Badi lake and if you are up for it, we can do a light hiking to Bahubali Hill. After that, we will stop for lunch and Best Lassi in Udaipur. Later we will check out the Ahar Cenotaphs and return back to the hotel to have some rest. We can also have dinner or drinks in the city. Day 12 Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, transfer back to Delhi (all day on the road).

Day 12 Late check-in at the hotel. Rest / Free time after a long journey, you need that. Day 13 After breakfast, let's continue to get to know Delhi. How about a walk through the Garden of 5 senses? And after that we will keep practising our senses in the kitchen with the Indian Cooking Class. You will learn about the indian cuisine, its best spices and how to use them, cook yourself a nice meal and later eat it. Under the guidance of a professional, you will be in good hands. We will finish the day with the visit to the Humayan’s Tomb at the golden hour. And if you're still hungry, we will stop by the restaurant for a nice dinner. Day 14 After breakfast, we will drive to the city for one more lassi before you go! + we will taste some traditional Sweets (can be moved to day 13, in case departure is early morning) If you haven't got all the souvenirs you need, we will make a stop for last-minute souvenirs, presents and then will be back to the hotel to pack. Transfer to the airport, hugs and kisses!
