Lunch — Shared meal with the group, fresh and seasonal. ✨ Afternoon & Evening Highlights Pranic Healing (optional) — Energy cleansing and alignment for deeper inner balance. Sunset Yoga Session (Dress code: black) — A powerful flow to ground yourself as the sun dips into the ocean. Dinner — Mindful, joyful gathering with fresh flavors and good company. 🌅 Final Morning Schedule (Day 3): Running Session (5 to 10 km) — A light, energizing run along the beach or nearby trails to awaken the body and clear the mind. Yoga (last session – optional) — Gentle flow to stretch, breathe, and integrate the retreat experience. Traditional Moroccan Breakfast — Fresh local dishes to nourish you after the morning practice. Laser Ear Reflexology (optional) — A short therapeutic session to rebalance the nervous system and support emotional integration. Check-out — Time to pack, say goodbye, and close the retreat space. Ride Sharing Back — Coordinated transport back with other participants, depending on your destination.
