Embark on a 7-days journey through the heart of Italy, discovering the rich history, stunning landscapes, and authentic flavors of Lazio and Umbria. From walking the ancient Via Francigena and exploring charming medieval towns to experiencing hands-on pottery workshops and mindfulness retreats, this trip offers a unique blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation.

I’m a curios, emphatic and positive vibes’ girl! Originally Italian , I love to share with new friends and travellers my home, my great destinations in Italy, authentic experiences and tastings. Also I’m a content and travel creator so I discover places and create connections everywhere. Like mindfulness 🧘‍♀️ teacher, I love to have magic moments, mind walinkg, relax and new friends

We stay in bed and breakfast Antico Casale, the perfect place in connection between Umbria and Lazio! We arrive in 10 minutes in Bolsena and 15 minutes in Orvieto. Our accomodation is a family rural home of 1800. Beyond a great reading room with a fireplace and Tea corner, we stay in double room with private bathroom. Each day we have breakfast together. For the first reservations there is single use!

This 7-night itinerary is designed for travelers seeking an authentic Italian experience. We are home base in bed and breakfast antico casale! So each day we come back together there! Arrive in our bed and breakfast Antico Casale. Have our accomodation and after a great meeting with everyone to talk and know more about each other, we make our pasta lesson, cook and eat together.

Montefiascone

Tag 2-3
Go by car in Montefiascone and Explore the ancient Via Francigena, a historic pilgrimage route, and learn about the region's rich history. We discover also the two principal cathedrals and have our wine tasting (Montefiascone is very famous for the quality of white wine called “est est est”). Then go back to b&b by car

Castel Giorgio

We discover another ancient little village by walk and then have a fantastic ceramic workshop where we can learn to make a little bit and create a little plate. We can decide together to see villages’ beach to have an aperitif or go back home

Orvieto

Tag 4-5
Enjoy me in the enchanted Orvieto! We visit all main attractions: underground, cathedral, tower… And also have a tipical lunch in a restaurant in Orvieto with umbrichelli, wine and a surprising sweet cake. Then back to b&b

Celleno

Tag 5
For this day we discover: Celleno, ghost village. We walk inside the ancient streets, knowing the history and then stopping in a secret location for a mindfulness 🧘‍♀️ break in this particular town.

Sant'Angelo - Il Paese delle Fiabe

Tag 5-6
Here we can be kids again! The small village with fairytale murals is our stop! We enjoy the quiet, view and children’s walking! Ah the end we can decide together go to Civita di bagnoregio or back.

Bolsena

Tag 6-7
Between history and natura. Bolsena is our last stop! In front of Bolsenas lake, The lakeside is perfect to walk and enjoy nature while the center and Santa Cristina is cathedral are the real gems of this place.
