It is about time that you paid a visit to the city of Leipzig yourself. Even today, Leipzig has a strong reputation as a city of culture. The Gewandhaus concert hall, the Leipzig Opera and the Thomanerchor are a testament to its cultural influence. There is ample opportunity for rest and relaxation in the numerous parks or in Leipzig’s new lake district. We will explore the city bit by bit in the evening, which we will plan the afterwork activities together. Normally I finish work around 5pm, which we can still enjoy 4 hours of daylight in this city and do a lot of sightseeing :) One of the evening we will cruise along the winding canals of Leipzig and admire the city views from the water.

About me! I am originally from Hong Kong, and have been living in Germany since 2014. I am travelling almost on a weekly basis due to business trip; other than that, I like to make my holiday abroad at least 4 times a year. I hope to meet more like-minded people and travel buddies through JoinMyTrip.

Details about the accommodation: We will be staying in a shared room. The accommodation is located in the center of Leipzig, where we will get our breakfast at the bakery nearby. Most of the attractions are in walking distance, such as Old Stock Exchange, Museum of Fine Arts, Gewandhaus concert hall and Auerbachs Keller restaurant.
