Join this incredible experience that happens only once a year in Thailand: Lantern Festival. In addition to experiencing this incredible experience in Chaing Mai, but first, we will explore the south of Thailand which is known for its wonderful beaches and islands, such as Krabi, Phuket, Phi Phi.🇹🇭🌴

About me! Before continuing to explain more about this incredible trip, I introduce myself, my name is Estefanía, I am Peruvian, I started exploring the world 3 years ago, I like to stay a few months in each country, ssince I like to know absolutely everything, the tourist side and the local side, now I want them to explore with me incredible things about Thailand that you will not read in any blog or see in any video, but that you will know by living it for yourself🌏😊

Details about the accommodation: We will stay in hotels, where you will have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a swimming pool and shared areas where you can socialize with other travelers. Regarding the room, keep in mind that you will share it with one other travel companion (2 people per 1 room), each room has a private bathroom. If you travel with another mate and want to be in the same room, let me know in advance so I can organize it. In the pictures you can see what the places where we will stay is like, since we will be in three different accommodations on this trip, and also the price includes breakfast in all accommodations🥳🤩. Ao Nang Beach

Tag 1-5

As a first stop, we will be in the center of Ao Nang, where we will explore the local markets, we also have the impressive beaches very close, where you can enjoy these beautiful heavenly beaches. We will also do a Muay Thai class, which is the traditional Thai sport. On the other hand, we will also visit the Krabi dowtown, which we will head there, to visit a Buddhist temple and then go to Wat Tham Seua, which has a giant Buddhist statue and with an impressive view of the city of Krabi, so to get there we'll do clambing stairs

Phi Phi Islands

Tag 5-6

Explore the fabulous Phi Phi Islands on a speedboat tour. Marvel at the picturesque Loh Samah Bay, walk across the sands to relax on the famous Maya Bay, and enjoy crystal-clear water at the emerald Pileh Lagoon. During the day you can visit Maya Bay, where “The Beach” was filmed, swim in some of the world's clearest water, snorkel at beautiful Hin Klang, and explore Viking Cave, where thousands of swallows nest.You will also visit Monkey Beach, which is located on the southwestern side of Ton Sai Bay. It is a simply stunning 150-meter-long strip of white powdery sand fringed by emerald water.

Phuket

Tag 6-10

Our next stop will be in Phuket, which we will be at Patong Beach, one of the best beaches and areas of Phuket, where you will immerse yourself in the turquoise waters and soaking up the sun. , we will also explore different restaurants and the nightlife of Phuket, additionally, We will have the experience of visiting an elephant sanctuary, and you will also enjoy some Thai massages.

Chiang Mai

Tag 10-12

And as a last point, we will take a plane from Phuket to Chiang Mai, which on the first day we will explore the city, and the next day we will witness an amazing show which is the:YI PENG LANTERN FESTIVAL, Yi Peng Lantern Festival is an ancient festive event tracing back to the ancient Lanna Kingdom (in the late 13th Century). It was traditionally celebrated to mark the end of the monsoon season and the beginning of the cool season. It is also one of the ancient traditions to honor Buddha in order to gain merit. The main highlight of the festival is the release of thousands of paper lanterns, known as "khom loi", into the night sky. This act to bring good luck and symbolize the release of worries and negative elements, while also making merit or offering prayers to deities or ancestors. We will witness this event in the VIP area (which is the second area) if you want to purchase the premium area (the first) let me know and this special day will end with a dinner in this place and finally on the last day we will say goodbye with a special breakfast
