Hiking the Fisherman's Trail in Portugal - one of the most beautiful coastal routes in the world ☀️🇵🇹

Hi there! My name is Sam and this summer I'm going on a 2-week hiking trip down the Portuguese Coast all the way from Porto Novo to Lagos. The Fisherman's trail is a 215,5kms long hike and takes 12 days with plenty of breathtaking views! 🏞 The two weeks will be filled with sunshine, new friends, great hikes, awesome views, beautiful beaches, epic sunsets and hopefully some great stories to tell everyone when we get back. I'm excited, and I hope you are too!! ☀️ 🚶🏽Hiking level required: the Fisherman's trail is not the most challenging hike and is perfect for beginners, although a basic fitness level is required. We'll hike everyday for 2 weeks without rest days, so you have to decide for yourself if this is something you're capable of! June/July is also approaching the hottest period in Portugal, meaning that we'll have the heat as an extra challenge. In order to fully enjoy our hikes, luggage transfers are included. 🧰 This means that we only have to bring the essentials on our hikes and have our luggage dropped off at the next destination everyday. Level of hiking ✅ What's included? - Accommodation: 13 nights in hostels/guest houses in shared rooms (private rooms are available at an extra cost, just send me a message below!) - Transport from Lisbon to Porto Novo by bus - Luggage transfer from accommodation to another for all stops on our hike - 13 x breakfast - Travel insurance (if you're a German or Austrian resident) - A detailed packing list before the trip ❌ What's not included in the price? - Flights - Other meals/snacks - Activities other than hiking - Travel insurance (if you're NOT a German or Austrian resident) All extra costs that we make as a group such as dinner or groceries will be split with an app called Splitwise.
