Embark on a week-long group adventure through Ireland, a harmonious blend of music and culinary delights awaits. Immerse in traditional tunes, taste local flavours on a Galway Market foodie tour, marvel at the majestic Cliffs of Moher, explore the rich culture and history of Dublin city and learn how to pour pint in the famous Guinness Storehouse. Hi, I am Gabi, very open minded ocean-kid, yoga lover & passionate traveller, currently on a mission to spread happiness in the world via travelling. I am from Czech republic however last 7 years I have lived and travelled around European countries, out of which 5 years I have spent in Ireland, so I can provide a great bunch of stories on this trip!
Throughout the trip we will be checking-in into two different 3* hotels with breakfasts included. One in centre of Galway and one in close proximity to Dublin city centre. Rooms with private bathrooms will be shared by 2 or 3 tripmates. Both hotels offer spacious rooms, single beds and of course Wi-Fi access. Any questions about the trip? Day 0 : Arrivals to Dublin and journey to Galway On our arrivals day we will gather the group at Dublin airport and take a bus together to beautiful gem of west coast - Galway city. During about 2.5 hour bus ride we will get to know each other before we check-in to our hotel in the middle of Galway city. In the evening we can take a stroll around the town to get the first feel. Transportation from Dublin airport to Galway is included.

The Claddagh

Day 1 : Taste & Sound of Galway After breakfast at the hotel we will get to know the picturesque town. Start at Eyre Square, explore the charming Latin Quarter, visit the Claddagh, stroll along the River Corrib, and enjoy street performances. Taking a food tour today will include an unforgettable trip to the now famous Galway Market and visits to award-winning restaurants and cafes. Later in the evening we can experience the live music performances during a small pub crawl. Meals included: Breakfast at hotel, 6 Food / Drink Stops during Food tour + Goodie Bag

Inisheer

Day 2: Irish West Coast wonders tour (Cliffs of Moher & Inisheer island After breakfast at hotel, get driven south along the Wild Atlantic Way and into the lunar-like Burren region. From there, we will head to the picturesque fishing village of Doolin where we’ll board the ferry to Inisheer. Once there, explore the island's churches, castles, lighthouses, shipwrecks, cafes, and pubs. Discover one of Ireland's most beautiful beaches and, if you like, take a pony and carriage, hire a bicycle, or stroll the country roads.

Cliffs of Moher

Later the same day we will see the Cliffs of Moher, Irish famous cliffs from above and below, first we will get to stroll on top of them, with entrance fee included and then take a cruise alongside them. At the end of the day we will be dropped off back to our hotel. Meals included: Breakfast at hotel, lunch during the tour

Dublin City

Day 3: Last morning in Galway and train to Dublin Wake up in Galway, enjoy the last moments of this magical towns, check out local charity shops (thrift stores), which are great place to get unique outfits for an amazing price. Today we will also check-out from our hotel here and take a train to Dublin, where we will check-in to a new hotel very close to Dublin city centre. Meals included: Breakfast at hotel Train from Galway to Dublin also included

Guinness Storehouse

Day 4 : Guinness Storehouse Academy Experience What would be a visit in Ireland without discovering about it's most iconic Stout. Explore the Guinness story through the famous building then enjoy a Guinness beer or a non-alcoholic drink in the Gravity Bar with amazing view of Dublin city. Plus we will get to enjoy a second pint at the Guinness Academy, where a Guinness expert will teach us how to pour our own beautiful pint of Guinness. Meals included: Breakfast at the hotel Entry fee to Guinness Storehouse with two pints of Guinness or soft drinks included

Day 5: Exploring the heart of Dublin On this day, there is time to explore optional activities like visiting Irish Museum of Modern art, take a stroll through picturesque streets with colourful painted doors or more thrift shopping. On Grafton street, where singers like Ed Sheeran or Dermot Kennedy did one of their live performances, you can see many busking performances perhaps of talents yet undiscovered. In the evening we will have a 3-course dinner together as part of Celtic Night, accompanied by Celtic music and dance show. Meals included: breakfast at hotel, 3-course dinner Celtic show entry fee also included

Day 6: Dublin's south coast Since we already explored a lot of Dublin's city centre, our last day together we will go to coastal town of county Dublin, only about 30min train ride from the city centre. Experience the coastal commute, check out the picturesque harbour town and it's cute little shops. Grab a famous 99p cone ice-cream from Teddys and stroll down the pier, taste traditional Fish & Chips to finish this harbour town experience. Meals included: Breakfast at hotel, Teddy's ice-cream, fish & chips meal train to Dún Laoghaire and back to Dublin included

Day 7: Check out day - Farewells and airport bus This is our last morning together, time to enjoy the last breakfast together, reflect on our amazing & fun experience as a group and check-out. Breakfast and airport bus included
