Day 1 – Arrival & Connection Arrive on Koh Phangan and transfer to your luxury villa. After check-in, take time to settle in, enjoy the sea views, and meet the group. In the evening, we’ll have a gentle Pilates session to release travel tension, followed by a relaxed get-together to connect and ease into the retreat vibe.

Day 2 – Flow & Relax Start your day with an energizing morning Pilates class focused on activation and alignment. After breakfast, enjoy free time—lounge by the infinity pool, walk to the nearby beach, or simply unwind in the villa. This day is all about slowing down and settling into island life.

Tag 3-4
Day 3 – Island Exploring Morning Pilates to build strength and mobility. Later, we’ll explore the island by scooter, heading towards the west coast known for its calm waters and beautiful beaches. We will also visit the War Khoa Tham temple - a beautiful ancient holy Buddhist place. Optional evening: sunset drinks and dinner by the sea—perfect for golden hour moments and deeper connection.

Namtok Than Sadet National Park
Tag 4-5
Day 4 – Nature & Reset A day dedicated to nature: visit Than Sadet–Ko Pha-ngan National Park with its lush jungle, waterfalls, and quiet beaches. In the evening, return to the villa for a grounding Pilates session, followed by cooking and sharing a relaxed dinner together.

Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach
Tag 5-6
Day 5 – Integrate & Enjoy Morning Pilates session to bring everything together—strength, balance, and flow. The rest of the day is yours: relax, explore more beaches, get a massage, or simply enjoy the villa. (Free time is always available throughout the retreat.) In the evening, we’ll celebrate our last night with a group dinner and optional night out.

Day 6 – Departure & Closing Flow Final morning Pilates session followed by a refreshing swim in the infinity pool. Enjoy a slow breakfast, soak in the last views, and check out feeling recharged, connected, and inspired.
