Kotu
Tag 1-2
kotu is one of the best sunny cities out here, it is the best well-known touristic place in The Gambia. The city has crazy nightlife, beaches and also culture and beautiful weather. We will stay in the hotel for 2 days just to get to know each other and hang out before we start our day-to-day trips, so we will be in the hotel for 2 days just chilling and enjoying the pool, remember we all have a private pool. In the next two days, we will explore Banjul which is the capital of The Gambia. We can also have a beach day to enjoy that beautiful weather in Kotu and the Senegambia area.⛱

Banjul
Tag 2-3
We will start our day-to-day trips by visiting Banjul, which is our capital city. It has so much history and I myself dont even know some of them. Let's start with the 22nd July Arch: The July 22nd Arch is a monument that spans Independence Drive which is the road that leads into the Gambia's capital. A good reason to visit the monument is for the panoramic views you get of the city from the top floor terrace. Here you get a better idea of the place as an island city, encircled by the ocean, the River Gambia, and parts of the Tanbi mangroves. Then we will head to the National Museum of The Gambia: The Gambia National Museum opened in 1985, fifteen years after the Friends of the National Museum Association was established in 1970. The 1974 Monuments and Relics Act followed, which set into motion the plans for the National Museum. The museum's primary goal is the collection and preservation of artifacts documenting the material culture of the Gambia, as well as to educate both visitors to the country and residents who may not be familiar with Gambian history. From the museum we will walk around Banjul to take photos and view different types of buildings before we head to Albert market: In Albert market, you will have the chance to see what a real African marketplace looks like. and we will walk all around the city and pass the state house. From there we will go home.

Tanji Fishing Center
Tag 3
From the Tanji museum, we will go to the fish market which is just by the beach, and it's just a stone throw away from the museum. Tanji fish market is Colorful pirogues roll in the waves, women ferry fish elegantly to shore atop their heads, and crowds swarm the beachfront at this charismatic fish market. On show and on sale is everything from smelly sea creatures and colorful peppers to bright flip-flops and clothing. It's busier in the morning, but in the late afternoon it's incredibly photogenic – step inside a smokehouse, which preserves masses of Bonga (shad fish), and you'll see entrancing rays of light cutting through the thick air. you will have the chance to take photos with locals and even try some of the smoked fish. The fishermen bring their fish to the beach, the women get this from the boats and sell it on the beach. A very crowding scene but a lot of variety in fish. Full boat of fish, Smoking fish, etc. Take your camera or video and you have a busy time!

The Gambian Reptiles Farm
Tag 3-4
After Tanji we will visit the Reptile farm, we will have the chance to see, touch, and even take pics of the reptiles. there are different types of them there as you can see in the pics. After Kartong we will be heading back to the hotel.
5
Bijilo National Park
Tag 4
If you like nature and wildlife (especially monkeys) you can't miss Bijilo Forest Park. Lots and lots of monkeys. On this day we will be heading to Bijilo forest park. we will be seeing tons and tons of monkeys which are extremely harmless. I myself have never been to this place but I am extremely happy to be going there with other people as well and the good part is that Bijilo Forest Park is rich in birdlife and offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching in The Gambia.
6
Abuko Nature Reserve
Tag 4
Abuko is rare among African wildlife reserves: it's tiny, it's easy to reach and you don't need a car to go in. With an amazing diversity of vegetation and animals, this well-managed reserve is one of the region's best bird-watching haunts (more than 250 bird species have been recorded in its environs). There is 5km of paths through the 106-hectare reserve and a field station with views over a watering hole that's often a good place for wildlife watching.
7
Kachikally Crocodile Pool
Tag 4-5
Kachikally is a pool of crocodiles found in Bakau, I've been hearing it since I was a kid but I've never been there, so this will be such an opportunity for me and you. The crocodiles are harmless which means e can touch them and even take pics of them
8
Senegambia
Tag 5-7
After all those day-to-day trips I think we should spend a little bit of time relaxing in the hotel and enjoying the nightlife of Senegambia and even visit different beaches in the tourist spot (Senegambia). I will love us to explore the nightlife in different parts of Senegambia while we are not on our day-to-day tour.
9
Fathala Wildlife Reserve - Safari Senegal Accommodation
Tag 7-8
We cant explore all those places listed before without visiting Fathala. it's like Justin Bieber in R&B lol. We will walk with lions CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we will see tons and tons of different wild animals too. It's a great place to have something to post on Instagram #Explore. One of the best things about Fathala game reserve is the ferry trip where you see the Gambia in the raw and not to be missed. After leaving the ferry you go through passport control which is a nightmare and expect lots of form filling. Then if a long drive to the game reserve. when going to Fathala, you will have the chance to cross Banjul with a ferry and before we head to Fathala I will take you guys to fort bullen. it's a historical place here in Gambia. it's just a stone's throw away when we cross with a ferry.
