Split
Tag 1
Meeting the group at the Split airport and transfer to the hotel in Kaštel Kambelovac town. Meeting the tour leader and the group. After introductory briefing, free time and dinner. Our seafront hotel is ideally located in the small town of Kaštel Kambelovac only 8 km from the airport and between Split and Trogir. If you arrive earlier today, you may choose to visit one of those coastal towns or simply relax on the cobblestone beach in front of the hotel.

Split
Tag 1-2
The day after arrival, we start the day with a gentle bicycle ride to Split. There, we'll meet a local guide that'll take us on a walking tour of the city. Split is certainly one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. Whether you've been there before or not, relax and lose yourself in the stories of the local guide. If you arrive earlier in the day, you may choose to visit one of those coastal towns or simply relax on the cobblestone beach in front of the hotel. PHOTO: Our bicycles stoically and patiently awaiting your arrival!

Jelsa
Tag 2-4
Afternoon, on the second day, we take a ferry to Hvar island. The old town of Hvar became a posh place and upmarket destination for tourists from all over the world. Our ferry docks in Stari Grad from where we cycle to Jelsa - a charming and quiet town away from the crowd in Hvar town. The scenic route of the Hvar island will leave you breathless, as might the initial ascent to the hills of the island, so take a break from pedaling for a moment and soak in the view!
4
Brusje
Tag 4
We take these two days staying in Fontana Resort in Jelsa to make a round trip of Hvar island. The first leg will take us through vineyards and olive groves to warm us up for a long ascent to the village of Velo Grablje at an elevation of 400 meters above the sea. Accompanied by the fragrance of lavender, we head to Brusje and the town of Hvar. You may stop along the way and buy some homemade lavender oil. It used to be the main occupation for many locals.
5
Korcula Old Town
Tag 4-6
Korčula island - home of the Pošip wine. A relaxing day after cycling on Hvar. Afternoon we ride from Korčula to the small coastal town of Lumbarda where we stay the next two nights. Our front sea hotel has a swimming pool and a terrace with a great view. But the day is not over. We recommend walking to a small winery in the town and taste some local wines and products.
6
Zavalatica
Tag 6
Another round trip, but on a different island! A full day's cycling tour of the island allows us to experience the elegance of rural KorÄŤula, as we slowly make our way across the island to the small town of ÄŚara, one of the oldest settlements on the island. We then head downhill to the pretty coastal village of Zavalatica, where the old traditions of fishing and farming are still very much alive. Here we can enjoy lunch (not included) in a local restaurant and take in the spectacular views of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. We recommend a fish meal that would be normally a daily catch of the local fishermen. After lunch, we cycle through the fertile landscape, through vineyards with sweeping coastal views, past the terracotta roofs of Pupnat, the smallest village on the island, before joining the road which takes us back to Lumbarda.
7
Potomje
Tag 6
A short ferry ride will take us to the Dalmatian mainland, the Pelješac Peninsula. We will jump into the minibus to get to the top of the hill, from where we start our cycling tour. A route along the coast allows us to cycle through vineyards of "Plavac Mali" grapes.
8
Žuljana
Tag 6
It is an autochthonous variety obtained as a cross between Crljenak Kaštelanski (more known as Zinfandel) and Dobričić grapes. We finish our ride, rewarded with a scenery of the little-visited but beautiful bay of Žuljana.
9
Dubrovnik
Tag 6
A two-hour drive takes us to the hills that rise above Dubrovnik and to the top of the gondola and fort on Mount Srdj. The fort is now a war museum from the 90s civil war, which resulted in the break-up of Yugoslavia.
10
Babin Kuk
Tag 6-8
A carousel ride to the top of the hill, then, the view of Dubrovnik, a mighty medieval fortress and the endless horizon of the Adriatic. The next two nights we stay in the hotel in the lively Babin Kuk area. Dubrovnik Old Town is easily reached by a twenty-minute public bus ride.
11
Cavtat
Tag 8
Konavle Valley & Cavtat - A final ride takes us through the beautiful Dalmatian countryside, heading out towards Cavtat and starting our ride with a gradual ascent along a countryside road with panoramic views over the Konvale Valley. We cycle in the olive growing region, passing through green groves and the roads lined with tall cypress trees. We will have a drink break in an idyllic village on the banks of the river Ljuta, before making our way through the valley to the coastal town of Cavtat where we finish our last ride and have lunch (not included). Returning to Dubrovnik, the afternoon is then free to enjoy the “jewel of the Adriatic”. Once described by George Bernard Shaw as paradise on earth, the old medieval town of Dubrovnik still retains a unique atmosphere and charm. One of the greatest pleasures for many visitors is to have a drink in one of the cafés on Štradun street and watch the world go by, whilst they are being watched by the city patron, St. Blaise, or "Sveti Vlaho" as the locals call him.
12
Dubrovnik
Tag 8
The trip ends after the transfer to Dubrovnik airport, which is a 25 kilometer and 40-minute drive from Dubrovnik. We suggest adding a night if you wish to further explore the ancient city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
