Hey everyone! 😊 I’m planning a short winter trip through Bosnia, traveling from Sarajevo to Banja Luka. The plan is simple — explore the culture, enjoy some local food, walk around, and just experience the country a bit off the typical tourist path. 🇧🇦 Sarajevo – history, old town vibes, cevapi, bazaars & cozy cafés 🌄 Banja Luka – calmer atmosphere, thermal springs, the Vrbas river & authentic Bosnian cuisine I’m looking for easygoing travel buddies who are up for a relaxed yet curious trip — nothing too strict or rushed, just deciding together what feels right each day, from food spots to viewpoints. The trip starts on January 23 in Sarajevo and ends on January 26 in Banja Luka. We can sort out accommodation, transport, and details once the group’s set. If you’re into good conversations, a bit of adventure, and some real Balkan vibes — feel free to join! ✈️
Hey everyone, I’m Paul, 23, from Germany 🇩🇪 I’m working in public administration and love to explore new countries whenever I get some time off — especially places with a mix of culture, history, and great local food. This January, I’m planning a short trip through Bosnia, from Sarajevo to Banja Luka. I’ve always wanted to experience the real Balkan atmosphere — the warmth of the people, the traditional cafés, and the unique blend of East and West. What I’m looking for are open-minded, respectful travel mates who enjoy good conversations, spontaneous plans, and relaxed days. I like to keep things balanced: a bit of sightseeing, some local food & drinks, and time to just enjoy the vibe without rushing from one attraction to another. 🗓️ Trip details: When: Jan 23–26 Route: Sarajevo → Banja Luka Vibe: Cultural, relaxed, good food, genuine local experiences Goal: Small group, easygoing atmosphere, shared memories If that sounds like your kind of trip, I’d be happy to have you join! ✈️
We’ll stay in comfortable, local-style places that reflect the charm of Bosnia — nothing too fancy, but cozy, clean, and well-located. In Sarajevo, the idea is to find a small guesthouse or apartment near the old town (Baščaršija), so we can easily walk to cafés, markets, and viewpoints. Expect warm hosts and that unique Bosnian hospitality. In Banja Luka, we’ll look for a central apartment or boutique stay close to the Vrbas River — perfect for exploring the city by foot, enjoying the evening vibe, and finding great local food nearby. Optionally, we might also spend a night in Laktaši, where you can relax in a thermal spa hotel — ideal for recharging after a few days of exploring. All stays will be shared or twin rooms, depending on the group size and preferences. If someone prefers a private room, that can be arranged with a small extra cost. The focus is on comfort, local experience, and fair prices — not luxury, but places with character and a good atmosphere. 🌿

We’ll start in Sarajevo, a city that feels like a living history book — Ottoman alleys, Austro-Hungarian architecture, and cozy coffee houses that invite you to slow down and just take it all in. Then we’ll travel north to Banja Luka, known for its green hills, hot springs, and authentic local vibe — a great place to unwind, try local food, and enjoy real Balkan hospitality. I’m planning an easygoing trip — no strict schedules, just good company, great food, and time to explore at our own pace. Expect a mix of culture, street food, cafés, viewpoints, and local life.
