Upon arrival at our beautiful cabin, you'll find your welcome self-care kit waiting on your bed, and take time to settle in, explore the property, and breathe in that mountain air. In the evening, we'll gather for hors-d'Εuvres and drinks on the deck before sitting down to a stunning welcome dinner prepared by our chef with locally sourced ingredients: a delicious introduction to the days ahead. DAY TWO: Cooking Class & Mountain Relaxation Wake up to an amazing breakfast prepared by our chef. After breakfast, enjoy free time to relax, explore the property, or schedule an optional one-on-one creative coaching session. Late morning, we'll gather in the kitchen for our intimate private cooking class. Over 3 hours, our chef will teach techniques and recipes designed specifically for our group: hands-on, fun, and delicious. We'll enjoy the dishes we've created (along with some prepared by the chef) as our lunch. The rest of the afternoon is yours. Soak in the jacuzzi with mountain views, read on the deck, challenge someone to air hockey, wander the property, or simply do nothing at all. In the evening, we'll reconvene for hors-d'Εuvres and drinks before another fabulous dinner.

DAY THREE: Asheville Day Trip & Cocktail Lesson We'll have an early start with coffee and light snacks before we head to the vibrant city of Asheville. We'll explore the city on foot via the Asheville Urban Trail: a self-guided walking tour featuring sculptures and historical markers that tell the story of this eclectic mountain city. Along the way, we'll stop at a local favorite brunch spot to fuel up. After exploring, we'll visit a local craft brewery to experience Asheville's famous beer scene (optional pint included for those who wish).

Back at the cabin, freshen up before gathering for our 2-hour private cocktail lesson. Our chef, also an experienced high-end bartender, will teach you to craft classic and creative cocktails (or mocktails for those who prefer). Hors-d'Εuvres will be served alongside the lesson, followed by another incredible dinner. DAY FOUR: Waterfalls, Scenic Views & Cherokee Culture After a delicious breakfast, we'll set out to experience the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region.

Soco Falls
Tag 4
Our first stop is Soco Falls, a stunning double waterfall where two streams cascade 50 feet down into a rocky gorge. The drive to Soco Falls is an experience in itself, winding through lush Appalachian forest along the scenic highway toward the Eastern Cherokee homeland. From the viewing platform, you'll witness both falls side by side: a truly magical sight. For those seeking adventure, an optional half-mile hike descends to the base of the falls for an up-close experience. This trail is challenging and known for being slippery, so proper hiking shoes are essential if you plan to make the trek. The reward is worth it: standing in the mist at the base of the cascading water.

From Soco Falls, we'll take a short drive to Big Witch Overlook, a scenic pullout along the Blue Ridge Parkway with sweeping panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Here, we'll enjoy another amazing picnic lunch prepared by our chef, surrounded by mountain beauty.
