Winter is around the corner during this time of the year, tired of winter and cold? Then book yourself for a fresh and warm retreat in Bali for the New Year holidays! You can have fun during this time of the year while escaping the harrowing cold of winter! Here, we're going to go sightseeing on Balinese beaches while enjoying local cultures and cuisine. I will also make this trip as artistic as possible, so don't forget to grab your painting & drawing kits, camera, and stereo!

About me: I'm Nanda, based in Jakarta and a native Jakartan myself. I love learning about languages, cultures, geography, and culinary. I'm also very passionate about art. I feel more comfortable traveling in a small group, as it's more intimate and more secure. I love to introduce people to my culture and country as much as I love to learn about theirs.

Accommodation: We will have 2 places to stay. One place is located near the beaches in the itinerary, while the other one is a place in Kintamani with a view of Gunung Batur. Breakfast will be included and room will be shared. A reminder here to please respect locals and don't make a lot of noise at night. If it's allowed by the owner, we can also have some BBQ during New Year's eve or go out at the beach to party. Keep me posted in the Q&A section if you would like to connect!

Kuta Beach

Tag 1-2
Next, we can undoubtedly chill at Kuta Beach! This is the first beach you must visit once you step foot in Bali. You can do plenty of things in Kuta, from bar hopping, swimming, trying some local cuisine, and many more!

Jimbaran

Tag 2-3
After, we can go to Jimbaran for sightseeing. Jimbaran is a famous beach for watching the sunset. Not only that, but Jimbaran is also a good spot for culinary and drinking parties! We can watch Kecak dance too if we get the chance!

Canggu Beach

Tag 3-4
Canggu is the epitaph for fun! You can go surfing, sunbathing, and just chill with people. There are plenty of beach bars and surfing equipment rentals in Canggu and you can also go party after the sunset!

Tanah Lot

Tag 4-5
After all the parties, we can briefly chill at Tanah Lot. Tanah Lot is a very peaceful place since a lot of people go to pray in a nearby temple. There are 2 temples to discover here, Tanah Lot and Batu Bolongo. We can also enjoy the sunset and nature here.

Kintamani

Other than Tanah Lot, Kintamani is yet another peaceful place in Bali. Placed near a mountain, Kintamani is famous for its breezy and calm vibe. We can enjoy the nature around Kintamani or go for a small hike! If you love dogs, be sure to prepare some dog food!
