Hello there! I'm Dutch/Greek, grew up in NL and have spend loads of time studying and working abroad. Throughout all these times I realised there's not a whole lot that can beat just sitting at a table of 10-15 or so people, enjoying some incredible locally sourced food, paired with some fantastic wine. These are the experiences I search for in any country, with any person.
Studied in NL and Sweden, worked in Ireland, Spain, and Germany.
Starting my own business, letting go of the corporate world and its comfort creatures.
way to spend the day? Gather around a fire, first for some food, afterwards for some good conversations.
Because why wouldn't you?! There's nothing better to do with our time.
