Louise Granval

My journey has never followed a set path except for my constant passion for Japan. What began as an interest in pop culture soon grew into a deeper curiosity for the language and traditions, eventually shaping my academic path: a bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages, followed by a master’s degree in Japanese Studies. In 2017, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by moving to Morioka, in Iwate Prefecture, for a year filled with discoveries and meaningful encounters. Back in France, I completed a double degree in Management and International Business before returning to Japan at the end of 2022. In 2023, I found my calling in tourism, working as a guide and sharing my passion with travelers from around the world. I later joined a travel agency on the operational side, gaining valuable insight into the industry. Today, I combine this dual experience as a travel planner and consultant, designing personalized journeys that go far beyond a standard tour, helping you experience Japan in a way that truly reflects who you are.
