Hello friends! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Marta here. Movement explorer and yoga addict, traveling and working remotely for more than a year now. The exploration of this lifestyle is what brought me together with the community of other digital nomads/ travelers/ remote workers/ creatives/ entrepreneurs. Definitely expanded my comfort zone and gave me an opportunity for discovering incredible places. ⛰️ I have run retreats for nomads/remote workers. It is a 1-week experience focused on building daily healthy habits, boosting inspiration and creativity, building deeper connections, getting familiar with mind-body practices, and coworking. My personal role there is to motivate you to move your body, show up for yourself, practice self-compassion, and look inward through embodied practices. I will give you tools for tracking your level of body awareness. I also cook very delicious vegan food! My friend Kasia will share tips for meditation practice, give you tools for tracking your thoughts, and increase your tolerance to pain. She will also run masterminds and sharing circles. Both are different from each other, but so important in this lifestyle. We work together quite well and have experience of organizing 20 editions so far. 💆🏻‍♀️ THE MAIN FOCUSES OF THE EXPERIENCE: ❤︎ Mindfulness - We believe that social and self-awareness are the keys in succeeding in our personal and professional path as well as in groups. We practise introspection, active listening and empathy to give space to ourselves and others. ❤︎ Remote work - We believe that work should be measured by outcome and fulfilment rather than (over) hours and pressure and we use tools like meditation and breathwork to improve our performance. We have experienced that being connected to our intuition and having strong self-care practices results in better decision-making. ❤︎ Community - We know that having uprooted ourselves from our initial support system can be emotionally overwhelming. We believe that having a strong sense of belonging with people who share our values is crucial in making the nomad lifestyle sustainable. ❤︎ Personal development - We constantly work on upgrading our mental and physical capacity to deal with the increasing complexity of the world. We know that it takes a lot of patience and effort to live up to our fullest potential. ❤︎ Movement - Sitting in an office in front of a computer for hours on end has left us rigid and weak. Movement is an antidote for our increasingly solitary, sedentary, digital lives. We believe that movement should be a part of our daily routines to let go of tension and to express our creativity. ❤︎ Travel - We thrive by the freedom that leveraging technology has created in the world and choose our locations based on the environments and people we want to be surrounded by. We believe that the nomad lifestyle will be shaped by slow travel and connecting upon shared interests rather than bucket list destinations. 👩🏻‍💻 WHAT'S INCLUDED? ✔️ 7 nights of accommodation at a spacious villa (different room choice) ✔️ 3 vegan/vegetarian meals a day: breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner + snacks - all prepared and taken care of ✔️ all the scheduled group activities: daily yoga and meditation, Connection Session, Conscious Dance Class, Ecstatic Dance, Masterminds, the #BorderlessTalk sharing circle, local wine tasting ✔️ introduction sessions - workshops: Mind Empowerment, Body Empowerment ✔️ unlimited strong coffee, herbal tea, and spring water ✔️ scheduled time and arranged conditions for co-working + WI-FI ✔️ an aftermovie and photos from the experience 👋 For this experience, we still have 6 spots for coworking buddies to join us! Our community is built already by a large group of remote professionals from different fields: marketing, IT, coaching, therapy, photography, online teaching, social media management, movement, arts from 26 different countries! Wanna be part of it? 🏠 THE LOCATION - QUATRO ANAS Quatro Anas is a magnificent rural home located in Valongo do Vouga area in the north of Portugal. There is an outdoor swimming pool, garden, farm, gym, yoga room, and huge outdoor area which supports our outdoor activities schedule. The place brings together a community of travelers, creators, and dreamers. As well as, it provides conditions for digital nomads to be connected to others while being productive. There is an option for different room choices: shared and privates. 🌺 The weather will be around 20-25 °C. Lots of places to trek, swim, watch the sunrises, and connect with nature and locals. We are also very near the hiking trails. 🦠 COVID-19 INFO We require a negative test result from all participants who are traveling by plane to the retreat carried out within 72 hours prior to boarding or on arrival at the airport. Mornings start with guided yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions (all levels). After breakfast, on some days, we have specific intro sessions like the Mind Empowerment & Body Empowerment talks but for most of the week, the mornings are for focused work. Lunch will be always prepared (vegan with vegetarian options) after which it's time and space to get more work done or to collaborate/discuss ideas. ​ Evening sessions are for us to unwind, build group connection and to get inspired for our personal/business development. (sessions include: Masterminds, Deep Connection, Sharing Circles, movie nights, Ecstatic Dance, etc.)​

Get ready for a breathtaking hike and exploration of mainland Portugal's nature. We will walk around the area, pass through many farms and possibly spend the whole day hiking in the forest until we reach the magnificent lake. There will also be options to swim in the river of Vouga!
