Women's only Trip in Mauritius with the Focus on Healing The Inner Child

Hello traveler! I am Trina, aka Tri! I have lived on almost every continent and have spent most of my adult life exploring the world. Come to beautiful Mauritius and get in touch with your inner child! This trip is led by Trina Casey, a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach and Family Trauma Professional. This woman's only trip will create a safe space to explore your feelings about whatever is happening in your life that makes you feel unhappy or dissatisfied. The goal of this 7-day trip aims to explore that little girl's needs. Learn new coping skills in a peaceful non-triggering environment! Learn the principles of Emotional Intelligence and apply them with your travel mates! This trip will be limited to an intimate group of 6 to allow Trina to give the quality of attention to all who need it, so sign up quickly before all the spots are gone! You will stay in a beautiful shared or single room with a delicious breakfast and dinner daily. Alcoholic drinks are not included. Please be advised that a single room is 30 euros more! Day 1- Settle into your room! I will meet everyone at the hotel, and we will have lunch or dinner, depending on when you arrive. Day 2- Breakfast and our first trip to the beach for our first women's circle. Bring your journal and a bit of local currency for some delicious lunch for La Cruvette Beach! Lunch is not included! Day 3- A free day! Day 4- Let's go shopping! On this day, I will take you to my favorite spot to pick up some gifts for yourself or others! Day 5- A trip to work through some fears at La Vallee Des Couleurs, where you will zipline and more! Day 6- Sailing in beautiful Tamarin with Lunch included! Day 7- Wrap up and reflection meeting! We don't compare or compete on this trip! We support, care for, and share in daily talk circles and excursions to explore the island while sampling the delicious food the island has to offer! Mauritius is located in the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean, where you can snorkel and scuba dive to see the vast coral at the many beaches or go hiking on your free days! You will be dazzled by the beauty of this island as your experienced guide will take you to see beautiful hidden treasures in the North, South, East, and West of the island. This will include a sailing trip! No travel restrictions! Mauritius is open to everyone, both vaccinated and unvaccinated! No testing is needed before flying to Mauritius! No testing is needed on arrival! Unvaccinated travelers no longer need to self-isolate on arrival! You do not need to wear a face mask during your holiday! It is only mandatory in airports, during airport transfers, and on public transport, plus in all public and private healthcare facilities, including hospitals and pharmacies. There are no restrictions on the number of people traveling together! If you have not filled out the All in One travel form, foreign nationals must fill out an Immigration Disembrakation Card on arrival at the airport.
