Wildlife watching in Costa Rica With Zoologists

We will arrive to San Jose, The Capital of Costa Rica and spend some time getting to know each other and recovering from the flight. On day two we will spend some time exploring vibrant city and getting to know it’s culture and inhabitants, trying local cuisine and street food for dinner.

On the third day we start our adventure and go to rainforest national park to climb the hills of Irazu Volcano and admire jungle and magnificent views.

We take a short 50 minutes flight to coastal town of Puerto Jimanez. Time to explore the coast and do some last minute shopping before heading for rest to the hotel and getting ready to transfer to our jungle lodge in the heart of Corcovado national park.

Time for proper adventure. We will be hiking in the jungle, enjoying local flora and fauna and trying to capture it on our cameras. We will see famous cloudy rainforest mountains, swim in tropical waterfalls and have lunch from local products.

After seeing loads of plant and animal species now it’s our time to rest and enjoy the tropical beach of southern Costa Rica. Time to catch some sun, review the pictures taken in the jungle and for those who don’t have enough further chance to explore nearby hills covered with lush tropical jungle.

We are getting ready to head back, we need to bird the plane and go back to San Jose where we will embark on a long haul flight back to Europe. Last chance to shop for local products and prepare for the flight.
