Join us on a wellness retreat trip in Exuma, Bahamas! A few women in their 40s are getting together for a wellness retreat in Exuma, Bahamas. We are educators and in non-profit who love taking a yearly grown-up spring break. I'm a homeschooling, work from home mom of 3. I do the accounting for our computer consulting company me and my husband own. Woman of any age are welcome. The accommodation: We will stay at a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex house. The house has a pool, kayaks, full kitchen, and beach amenities. The house has all the comforts of home. The three bedrooms have king beds and 1 has a double bed. This trip price includes: - Accommodation - Welcome dinner - Transportation to all activities and transportation to and from airport included - Wellness activities: stress relief activities, yoga, journaling, and meditation. The wellness activities will be about 2 hours a day. Not included: - Dinner not included except the first night, we will do a catered welcome dinner. Flights are not included. The rest of the day will be exploring the island beach hopping, relaxing at the pool, a boat excursion, snorkeling, kayaking, a water bike tour, breakfast, and lunch. Das war eine der besten Erfahrungen in meinem Leben. Ich habe die schönsten und tollsten Frauen kennengelernt. Der Gastgeber war so freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten so viele tolle Aktivitäten unternehmen. Mariama war so gut informiert und hatte immer eine tolle Einstellung. Das Haus war sauber und wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und insgesamt bewerte ich dieses Erlebnis mit 20/10, weil es so toll war. Sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt, obwohl ich am Anfang Angst hatte, weil ich das zum ersten Mal gemacht habe. Ich würde diese Reise jedem empfehlen.

Tag 1-2

Ready for plenty of wellness activities, beach trips, boat excursion, kayaking and swimming with pigs? Let the fun begin! Day 1: Day of arrival We will have our welcome Lunch by the pool, followed up with optional wellness activities to choose from. In the afternoon, we will head to Tropic of Cancer Beach and Mom’s Bakery. In the evening, we will experience the nightlife at Fish Fry.

Tag 2-3

On the next day we will have breakfast to go, as we will go on a boat tour with Captain Preze! We will visit a grotto and go snorkeling in the crystal clear water. Here we can see the famous pigs of the Bahamas, and we also have our lunch at the beach.

Tag 3-4

After enjoying continental breakfast, we will enjoy our third day by doing a guided waterbike tour! After lunch, we have time for wellness activities. We will visit Beach Hop-Jolly Hall, Cocoplum Beach and Hooper's Bay Beach to swim with the turtles.

Tag 4-5

Today we will do a kayak tour by Sun and Moon water, it will be a lot of fun for sure. We can also go shopping in town and checkout the Chat-n-chill beach to have lunch. We will have our dinner at home and a Bonfire Wellness Activity. On the last day, we will have lunch by the pool and depart to the airport!
