Weekend Getaway

Welcome to Vienna! Perfect place to relax and enjoy. My plan is we gather around on Thursday, do some sightseeing, and get to know each other over dinner and a cocktail or two :) On Friday we enjoy what nature has to offer so we can leave adventure for Saturday. And on Sunday to grab goodbye lunch :)

About me! I am 24, from Croatia, and have traveled a lot in the past. This is my first trip with JoinMyTrip, so I am very excited and also very well prepared for it. :) Can't wait to get to meet new friends. :)

Details about the accommodation: We will be accommodated in an apartment with an excellent location and connection to the city center. Every TripMate will have a private room. It also has a beautiful kitchen so if you agree we can cook together. If necessary we will sleep in 2 apartments, depending on TripMates, or share a room (who wants). If you have any questions you can let me know in the Q&A section! We can connect and have a call to make sure this weekends getaways covers all your expectations.

Vienna

Tag 1-2

We will start our sightseeing with a visit to a rose garden. We will also visit the most famous cultural monuments in Vienna, starting with Maria-Theresian- Platz and Monument. After that, we will visit the Imperial Palace of Hoburg and at the end the main cultural attraction in Vienna, St. Stephen's Cathedral. When we are done sightseeing we will go to one of the restaurants in a nearby location and enjoy our first night there.

Tag 2-3

We will start our second day by getting ready for an animal day. The first stop will be Schonbrunn Zoo with an enormous number of animals. We will have time to enjoy coffee and lunch there. After that, we can attend a performance at Spanish Riding School (optional). The next stop will be Haus des Meers Aquarium and enjoy Vienna sealife.

Prater

Tag 3-4

Our third day will be our adventures day. We will spend our day in Prater Amusement Park. We will also visit Madame Tussauds Museum and have a ride on a Giant Ferris Wheel. It will be an exciting day full of adventure and laughs.

The next morning, we will have breakfast in the apartment and checkout. We can go on a lunch or a coffee together depending on our flights. Unfortunately, we will have to say goodbye - but hopefully, we will see each other on another trip! :)
