The Best of Sintra, Portugal: Surfing, Hiking, and Sustainable Living on a Permaculture Farm

This 4-day retreat is perfect if you enjoy adventures in nature and would like to take a few days to focus on mindfulness and learn a little about permaculture and other ways in which we can have a lifestyle that is more in tune with nature. We are a couple who love adventures in nature, and we would love to share them with you! Amongst the enchanting lush hills and the stunning beaches of the Sintra Natural Park we are developing a permaculture project in a small rural farm, join us for 4 days and discover a new perspective on sustainable living. We will do a coastal hike, and visit remote beaches that will leave you in awe. We want to share with you some of the unique and mystical places hidden in Sintra. What will we do? - Meditation on a hidden creek (for those of you who enjoy a challenge, we will do a Wim Hof breathing cold-exposure exercise) - Surfing session at Magoito beach - Car tour to the most western point of Continental Europe, Cabo da Roca and other sight spots in Sintra - Learn some tips about our sustainable/regenerative experience living on a small farm for digital nomads and remote workers Join our micro-adventures trip and get to know the hidden pearls of Sintra! What IS included? - Accommodation (Shared double bedroom, ideal for couples) - Vegan/Vegetarian Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners on the farm (Bio Fruits and Veggies some of which will be from our garden) - Transport from Sintra Station to the accommodation and to/from activities - Activities: 2h Surfing Class + equipment, Coastal Hike, Meditation sessions, Car tour. - Co-working space with 5G Wi-Fi in case you need to catch up on some work What is NOT included? - Transfer to Sintra (We can arrange a pickup from Lisbon upon request for an additional fee) - Personal Expenses - Meals at restaurants/cafés DISCLAIMER: We live with 3 loving cats, so perhaps not suitable if you are allergic.
