Join me on a 9 day mesmerizing trip to Senegal, a land of vibrant culture, captivating history, and breathtaking natural beauty. This is your chance to explore a country that seamlessly blends West African traditions, modernity and progress. 🇸🇳Senegal is known for its warm and welcoming people. Get ready to connect with locals, share stories, and immerse yourself in Senegalese culture and vibrant life. Senegal is home to Gorée Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site that bears witness to the transatlantic slave trade. From the bustling markets of Dakar to the serene beauty of the Pink Lake (Lac Rose) and the stunning beaches of Saly, Senegal offers diverse landscapes that will leave you in awe. I am looking for 6 trip-mates who want to experience the authentic and natural beauty of Senegal with me. We will be exploring different regions, from the coast line with beautiful beaches, to the countryside and safari, to spend time in the vibrant capital of Dakar. We'll combine comfortable accommodations at beautiful beach sites and in the city. A driver with a mini-bus and a guide will be with us at all times for the whole trip. Expected activities on this trip include: water sports (surfing, jetski, paddling), ATVs (quads), camel rides, ziplining, safari.

🏠 The first 4 nights of the trip we will be staying at an all inclusive beach resort, a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the seaside, with access to a private beach and pool. Trip mates will have their own private room. The last 4 nights we will be in an apartment, we will be two in each rooms. Not all meals will be included. Any questions about the trip? Toubab Dialao

Tag 1-5

We will arrive the first day and head to the beach resort in Toubab Diallo that we will be staying in for 4 nights, settle, get to know each other. The second day we will visit Saly, go to the beach, do some jet-skis (for whoever wants to), relax and tan. Later that day, we will visit Mbour and go to a market. The next morning, we will be doing a boat trip on the Somone lagoon and later go to the Safari of Bandia. The next day we will be ziplining!

Dakar

Tag 5-9

On our fifth day which will be in Dakar, we will settle in the apartment. Once settled, we will be visiting a part of the city, the Statue of the Renaissance, the lighthouse. The sixth day, we will be going to the island of Gorée. The seventh day we will be going to a market, and Ngor Island.

Lake Retba

Tag 9

On our eighth day, we will be going to the Pink Lake, called Lake Retba. We will be doing a boat tour of the lake, ride some camels, and ATVs (quads) through the dunes, the forest and the beach. We will have lunch there . And the ninth and final day will be the departure!
