Welcome to Malta! The ideal place to spend a nice summer break and meet new friends. We're going to explore the island's best beaches together! Malta has an almost mythical quality to it that comes from its eerie underwater caves, stunning temples, and medieval architecture. The streets here wind around towns and villages, taking you past churches, markets, and museums, and some of the oldest buildings in the world can be found on this pretty isle. The country is actually an archipelago that sits in the Mediterranean Sea and is close to both neighbouring Sicily and Africa. Experience required: some physical condition. It is not mandatory to participate in the biking activity if you don't feel like it. If you want, it is better with some biking experience of course. Looking forward to sharing this new experience together!

About me! My name is Cedric, I am an experienced hike and biker who travelled to multiple destinations throughout the world visiting places with a bike. I love being in nature and exploring it by bike. I will be your guide and organizer to enjoy your time and experience Malta. I am going for a week to Malta with my girlfriend to visit my sister and we would like to share the weekend with some more party people in Malta.

Our accommodation The accommodation will be in Valletta: There are three main islands here in the form of Malta's mainland, Gozo, and Comino, and whichever one you visit you will be surrounded by azure seas and clear blue skies. Whatever you are looking for, from museums, swimming opportunities, or just relaxing and enjoying the cafés and eateries that usually serve fresh seafood plucked straight from the ocean you can find it here! Valletta

Tag 1-3

We will meet in the capital city, easy to gather from the airport. After leaving your luggage, we can go to visit Valletta together! Compared to other European capitals, Valletta is a very small town and that’s what locals love about it! It’s extremely pleasant to walk around this ancient city, full of interesting places to visit. There are things to discover around every corner: particularly St. John’s Co-Cathedral, where the interior is breathtaking! The views from Upper and Lower Barrakka Gardens are worth the visit too. In the evening and since it's a Friday, we will visit Valletta Harbor and check out its famous nightlife!

Marsaxlokk

Tag 3

After waking up we can have breakfast or brunch in Valletta before our main activity of the day. Marsaxlokk is a cute authentic fishing town where we will spend one day of the tour - to try some of the delicious local fresh seafood food for an amazing lunch and dinner together.

St. Peter's Pool

Tag 3

We can also rent a bike and go to discover a nice secret beach (St Peter’s pool, insider's tip) and then continue up north to pass along the other stretches of Mediterranean see beaches. The temperature in july will be perfect to take a swim to refresh ourselves in between the bike rides enjoying the landscapes. This is the perfect authentic Malta experience!

Għar Dalam Cave

Malta is famous for its caves! It would be cool to pass and visit this one on our way before heading back. The cave is made up of a huge underground tunnel that contains the fossils of a range of extinct animals. Many of these date from the Ice Age and include giant mice, hippos, deer, and dwarf elephants.
