Northern Kenya Adventure - Christmas in Kenya

Jambo Beautiful People 😃 I'm Zainab, an accountant with a passion for travelling. Adventurous, fun-loving, explorer, foodie and love Ice Cream 🍨 I already went to Northern Kenya for my birthday in Oct 22, and I loved it, so I decided to do this trip again! I am really looking forward to showing you the beautiful country of Kenya! 📍 What's the plan? We will meet in Nairobi and then start heading to Ngurunit to Loyangalani (near lake turkana) to North Horr to Kalacha to Marsabit and then back to Nairobi. These places are so different from one another - from one different terrain to another. We will visit Mt. Ololokwe, Lake Turkana, Sand Dunes and a Desert Oasis as well as National Parks. Together we will experience a mix of people, culture, traditions, religions and food! Here we will get to know the cultures of Samburus, Somalis, Turkanas, El Molo, Gabbra and Rendille people. Short Itinerary Day 1: 22 Dec - Arrival into Nairobi Day 2: 23 Dec - 04am departure to Ngurunit Day 3: 24 Dec - Ngurunit to Loiyangalani Day 4: 25 Dec - Loiyangalani - North Horr - Kalacha Day 5: 26 Dec - Kalacha - Marsabit Day 6: 27 Dec - Marsabit - Nairobi 💰 Trip price includes: - Accommodations - Shared transport in a 4 x 4 land cruiser - Meals on Safari - Lake Paraside Tour - Desert Safari - English-speaking guide 🛏️ Our accommodation will vary from a tented camp to a round hut to a room in a mission to a very good, clean hotel room. It will be an adventurous journey! What you need to arrange: international airfare, Kenya visa, personal expenses, Marsabit National Park entrance fees, drinks, tips for guides, medical and travel insurance, boat ride at Loiyangalani, swimming pool charges and donations for poor people living in drought areas.
