Ranked as one of the best coasts in the world, I am happy to share some tips and must-dos in this place I was born and raised! About La Ciotat: There are several things to do, such as discovering the nice beaches, outdoor activities such as hiking or walking in wild preserved places, and also diving, paddling, and canoe kayaking in the Calanques. I am a Wellness & Health certified coach and I would like to take the opportunity to mix the trip with some Coaching. A group session includes the identification of values and needs + satisfaction evaluation in each life domain. After that, everyone will have some keys to work on the topic they want to focus on. And I will have a one-to-one session the day after. After arrival, we will have an overview of the city and stop close to the city center. We will visit the "Vieux port" and set up in our place. Then, we will have a 1-hour group coaching session. In the evening, we will discover the city, the surroundings, some amazing spots for sunset, beaches.

You will also enjoy stunning views, have a look at the city center and its boutiques, visit some sites such as the first cinema worldwide, or take the opportunity to learn to play Petanque! This is famous in the South and has been created here in La Ciotat! There are many excellent restaurants to try, some bars, and nice spots for sunsets.

The next day is scheduled for departure, and we will have to check out of our accommodation. However, if your flight home is late, I can give you some recommendations for additional activities. If you need to leave earlier I will help you out to reach the airport or your next location.
