Hello! Welcome! This trip will take you around a small round trip of Jordan's Golden Triangle! From the beautiful town of Aqaba, right on the Red Sea, to the impressive ruins of Petra and the incredible red sands and cliffs of the Wadi Rum this trip has a little bit of everything in it for everyone!

A bit about myself: I'm Giulia, 21, and Jordan has always been on my travel bucket-list. I'm an experienced traveller, even though I'm still quite young, and I love planning trips. I'm always looking for other people to travel with as I always think this is more fun! I'm looking for 3-4 trip mates who are looking for a fun, adventurous and incredible trip! I'm very laid-back and flexible, so am always up for anything and am looking for people with the same mindset 😊! All meals that aren't accounted for in the itinerary will be split between us, so if we decide to cook, groceries will be split or if we go to a restaurant everyone can pay for themselves.

Details about the accommodation: Accommodation will be mainly hotel's in Aqaba and Petra, however for a few nights we will be staying in a traditional Bedouin Camp in Wadi Rum, so we have the opportunity to sleep under the stars! In the hotel's breakfast can be accommodated if that is something you would like and in the camp meals will be provided. Keep me posted in the Q&A if you have questions about the trip!

Aqaba

Tag 1-3

We will either meet at the airport or the accommodation based on your personal preferences, and everyones arrival times. During these first three days in Aqaba we will discover a few of the main attractions such as the Aqaba Fort, Aqaba Museum and the Old Town We will also head out to find some traditional food and sweets, visit some Souqs to do some shopping for souvenirs etc. and also head down to the beach for some down time. We will also spend one of the days snorkelling or diving (based on your personal preferences) in the Red Sea, one of the most sought after diving spots in the world!

Wadi Rum Village

Tag 3-5

From Aqaba we will make our way to the Wadi Rum Village where we will be picked up and brought to our camp for the two nights. During the days here we will explore the Wadi on foot, by jeep and maybe even by camel depending on everyone's preferences. We will experience some traditional bedouin culture and food and can even opt to do some special experiences like rock climbing and sandboarding.

Wadi Musa

Tag 5-7

After Wadi Rum we will move on to one of Jordan's most famous attractions, Petra. We will be staying in the town next to it: Wadi Musa. Here we will spend a few days to go see the Red Rose City that was discovered in 1812, but dates back to 312 BC. We will do the famous Siq Trail which takes us past the Al Siq, the Treasury and the Street of Facades as well as some other trails that will take us to viewpoints. Petra by night is also a must, as many of the main trails are lit by candlelight.

Aqaba

Tag 7

We will end our trip back in Aqaba so that everyone can depart from here or stay some more nights if they feel like it! On our last day, depending on everyone's departure times we can go back out into the city one last time for a meal together or for some more time at the beach. This day is really flexible, so whatever you feel like goes!
