ACCOMMODATION Recommended stays for 4 people: I will find a modern apartment with high quality facilities in the historical city center, a few footsteps away from the main action, yet quiet enough to enjoy your down time. Public transportation from the airport to the city center includes the Alibus, costing around 5 Euros per person (the bus drops you in the area, you'll have to walk to get to the specific site). If you're a group of friends, a metered official taxi might be more convenient, dropping you at exact location. Please, bear in mind no Uber or similar is available in Italy. Activities in Naples: - Explore the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (more than 300 churches and 2000 pizza pizza places!!) and wander through the vibrant streets of Spaccanapoli while getting lost into authentic local life. - Get ready to keep eating and walking as we stop by iconic street food spots and local food markets in the Pignasecca area (see locals shopping for their Sunday never ending lunch). - Try traditional Neapolitan pizza at famous pizzerias like Sorbillo or Da Michele. Savour authentic homemade grandma's food (pasta and other courses) in folkloristic restaurant in city centre (Naples is not just pizza!). And mozzarella? We'll roam around local markets to show how the food culture is different, get a feel of the little streets and narrow alleys where to get lost, have a stop at a local restaurant for lunch, eat Lemon ice cream and why not a deep in pristine sea destination? Transportation: Sorrento is easy to get to from Naples, it's only 1h train ride (price included in the trip cost).
