As a TripLeader, I am responsible for organizing and leading trekking and tour expeditions throughout Nepal. Kathmandu

Tag 1-2
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m) Arrive in Kathmandu at your favorite airlines; we will be waiting for you outside the airport because you are our clients, and you have great faith in us when you are in Nepal. Simultaneously, we want to create an impression in you because we believe the first impression is the lasting impression that traces on the back of your mind forever. If you arrive in Kathmandu in our office time, then we would, of course, take you to our office; otherwise, we would take you to the hotel where there are attached bathrooms, TV, and phone to meet your expectations. Give us a call on our mobile no if you have any problems in such a place. Order tea or coffee and breakfast, all of them are free; just give a call from your hotel room.

Kathmandu

Tag 2-3
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing We will come to the hotel to pick you up by private transportation and take you to the following historical places that come under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Boudhanath Stupa When it comes to visiting one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the world, then there is nothing better than Boudhanath Stupa because the oldest thing always has something too valuable to be mentioned just by doing sightseeing. Pashupatinath It is the oldest temple and the most important temple of Lord Shiva, according to the Hindus. You can look at this temple as the head of Lord Shiva. When the head is in Nepal, all the Hindus of the world come to Nepal to visit this temple. Kathmandu Durbar Square It is the oldest famous palace in Nepal. The Shah and the Malla kings ruled Nepal from here, and the courtyard is big.

Phakding

Tag 3-4
Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2840m), trek to Phakding (2,610m) Duration: 3 hours trek. When you landed in Kathmandu, you landed in its Tribhuwan International Airport, and when you wanted to be flown to Lukla, you will be driven to Tribhuwan Domestic Airport. If your seat is on the left side of an airplane, you will see many snow-covered mountains. Landing in Lukla will be a new kind of experience. After landing, it is all the way uphill, and it is an easy uphill. Many mountains will not be seen today, but you will see one. The suspension bridge, villages, and hills are all the parts of your trekking trail.

Namche Bazar

Tag 4-5
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) Duration: 6 hours Today, you are going to Namche Bazaar, the largest Sherpa village in Nepal. And on the way, you will come to the two main villages: Monjo and Jorsilla. Some trekkers trek up to Monjo from Phakding, but we will go to Namche. Jorsilla is a checkpoint because it marks the beginning of Sagarmatha National Park. Everest is called Sagarmatha in Nepali. On the way, there are also suspension bridges and the river called the Dudh Kosi, which is as white as milk. One of the most important suspension bridges is the Hillary Bridge.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day: Namche Bazaar Namche has been chosen as a place for acclimatization by trekking agencies for a long time. The answer to this statement is you are ascending to a higher altitude tomorrow and tomorrow. Namche has some highlights, including a museum. Your guide will take you to all the places that you deserve to visit in Namche. You will also hike up to Everest Hotel, from where you can see the outstanding view of the mountains. Acclimatization also means preparation in mind to create a feeling that you can do the trekking in the Everest Region easily.

Dole

Day 6: Trek to Dole (4,200 m) Duration: 5 hours As you head to a higher altitude, you will see all the mountains of the Everest Region that you deserve, like Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kwangde, including Ama Dablam, the world’s most beautiful mountain. It is also a time for you to take photos of these mountains while heading to Dole.

Machhermo

Tag 7-8
Day 7: Trek to Machherma (4,470 m) Duration: 5 hours There are rhododendron trekking trails that will take you to a more high altitude, including villages, like Dole, Lhabarma, Luza, and Macherma, which is our final destination, but it does not stop you from seeing the mountains, like Cho Oyu, Kantega, and Thamserku. Macherma is the last village before you head to Gokyo or the base of Gokyo. Some of these villages are summer settlements, meaning the locals-only reside in the summertime and not in winter.

Gokyo Lake

Tag 8-9
Day 8: Trek to Gokyo (4,800 m) Duration: 4 hours As you are heading to Gokyo, you will see the outstanding view of Kantega, Cho Oyu, and Thamserku, which need to be photographed. The trekking trail is composed of glaciers and moraines, and the glacier is known by the name of Ngozamba Glacier. Since you are trekking in the valley, you will see three lakes which had been formed due to the accumulation of water, originated from the mountains, and blocked by the valleys. Altogether, you will see four lakes, and the last lake is Gokyo Lake, on whose shore you will spend a night.

Gokyo Ri

Tag 9-10
Day 9: Gokyo Valley: Acclimatization Day- Optional Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357m) Duration: 4 hours We have always believed that an acclimatization day should be used for our beneficial. That’s why; we hike up to the places to see the beauties of the lakes that are situated above the base of Gokyo. After seeing these two lakes, we have seen 7 lakes in this valley at the same time; we will see the mountains, like Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu. We will be almost close to the base of Cho Oyu, which has the biggest glacier in the world.

Thangnag

Tag 10-11
Day 10: Trek to Dragnag (4700m) Duration: 4 hours Before you head to Dragnag, the trekking trail takes you to Gokyo Ri, the best viewpoint of the trekkers as well as of the trekking guides because they can see the best view of Kusum Kanguru, Thamserku, K43, Kangtega, Taboche, Cholatse, Makalu, Lhotse, Nuptse, Everest, Changtse, and Pumori. After enjoying this satisfying view, all of you come down to the base of Gokyo.

Zonglha

Tag 11-12
Day 11: Trek to Dzonglha (4830m) via Cho La Pass (5368m) Duration: 7 hours Crossing the Chola Pass is just like soaking up one of the highlights of Everest Base Camp Gokyo Trek because it shows you the outstanding view of Ama Dablam, Baruntse, and Cholatse. There are crevasses on the way, which adds excitement to your trip. On this pass, there is a lake in a frozen state. Dzonglha, which you reach at the end of the day, also shows you once more the outstanding view of Cholatse, Ama Dablam, and Lobuche peak.

Lobuche

Tag 12-13
Day 12: Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) Duration: 4 hours Today, it is downhill and then uphill to Lobuche. You will walk on a ridge and see the beautiful view of Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Thamserku, and Taboche. Before you reach Lobuche, you have to reach Dzongla. Both are small villages. There are few lodges in Lobuche. At some point, the trekking trail is grassy.

Everest Base Camp

Tag 13-14
Day 13: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140m) visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) Duration: 6 hours Today is a time to enjoy the panoramic view of the Khumbu Glacier. The trekking consists of the glacial moraine and goes along with the Khumbu Glacier. The two mountains, Pumori and Nuptse, seem to welcome you. You will also see the Changri Glacier. Before you reach Everest Base Camp, the trekking trail passes by the lake.

Pheriche

Tag 14-15
Day 14: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) and descend to Pheriche (4,240 m) Duration: 7 hours Today, you are climbing to the black stone, which is known as Kalapathar in Nepali, and which is also a viewpoint to see the finest view of the sunrise over Mt. Everest, including others. To catch this view, you have to start early in the morning. Let’s have breakfast later, that is, after you come down from Kalapathar. There are cairns and boulders on the way because you know you are heading to 5000 m plus, and at such an altitude, these are the things you should expect.

Namche Bazar

Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m) Duration: 6 hours It is all the way downhill to Namche 80% by passing through new villages like Shomare, Pangboche, Deboche, and Tengboche, but seeing these mountains again, like Lhotse, Everest, and Ama Dablam. When you reach Tengboche, you will visit its monastery, which is famous in the Everest Region for its arts and crafts. Once again, you will be in the forest of rhododendron. You will notice this difference while descending both from Kalapathar and Pheriche.

Tenzing-Hillary Airport

Tag 16-17
Day 16: Trek to Lukla (2,840 m) Duration: 6 hours Retrace the trekking trail once more from Namche to Lukla. You don’t see many mountains as you head to Lukla. The trekking trail is the same, and it is easy. It is also a time for you to give a tip to your porter. Everest Base Camp Gokyo Trek has been completed with the help of your guide and porter.

Tag 17-18
Day 17: Fly to Kathmandu Generally, we take an early flight to Kathmandu. Transfer you to the hotel. You can take the rest for the entire day. Free and rest day. Hope to see you in coming days for your next adventure.

Tag 18-19
Day 18: Leisure Day and farewell dinner in Kathmandu Today is a leisure day. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant in Thamel. Take you time to explore the beautiful city of Kathmandu, spare sometime to buy gifts for your family members, relatives, colleagues, or some one close to you.
